Food is good. Greedy with the ranch, they fill them up half way. Mopping while people are eating and trying to order. Smells like sewer outside. It doesn’t really feel like a nice atmosphere.

To the owner that replied.. idc what you had for 30 years the c is posted inside the restaurant for everyone to see. Also on the public health website it shows the Grade you received and shows that there was 15 violations during inspection. HENCE THE C !

This place has a lot to try out. I had to have the bacon cheeseburger with onion rings… It was absolutely delicious and you get a really good size portion.!
Washed it down with some diet Coke and enjoy the indoor seating

Paid 41 bucks for a family pack and asked for fries well done and like it happens I didn’t get them and also asked if fries had seasoning but I guess it’s invisible, even receipt says Xtra crispy what a joke it’s a simple request from a paying customer, we the consumers shouldn’t have to ask if our burger was done correctly or fries cooked well and not all soggy uncooked or even if our drink is correct or has taste because u drive off and u a drink with no flavor smh other times I’ve gone food was good, now with this ridiculous mistake I’ll find a different hamburger stand no wonder they have 3.8 stars I gave them the benefit of a doubt but they failed wa wa waaaa

When I come to Tom’s and I want small chili cheese fries, but instead of small chili cheese fries, they gave me very very little and I asked for no seasoning but it’s like if I asked for a whole bunch of salt where’s the manager when you need one, no one‘s answering the phone or anything to complain so I am unsatisfied and I want my fries or my money back pick up your phone cause your fries were nasty
