Tucked away just off the “old town” drag of Edmond. This joint serves up street influenced fare at reasonable prices.

Our first visit to this location and I will say they do a better job overall compared to the OKC location.

Not as dimly lit but still has a great vibe for a ramen shop.

Waitstaff was kind and quick with drinks and our order. It was fairly busy for a Sunday and the kitchen did a great job with getting the food out, plated well and served piping hot.

The minniku tonkotsu is probably some of the best I’ve had, right up there with Mensho SF with a savory finish to the broth. The braised char sui was tender and smoky that complimented the broth.

The curry bowl was set with karrage chicken instead of the traditional chicken katsu but still very good overall.

The takoyaki was the only dish that fell slightly short. We enjoyed the portioned kewpie and sweet soy drizzle compared to the standard drenching of sauce at other ramen shops but we did miss the bonito flakes, which adds that nice shot of fish flavor to the dish.
Every restaurant is going to have their own style making for fun culinary excursions and we would still go back and enjoy more of their tasty menu offerings

The food is amazing! They are great big portions and I will be having some left for dinner tonight. The price isn’t as bad as I thought it would be. The atmosphere is great. It could be romantic or chill. I love the staff my waiter Sam was great. The food he recommended. I got all three items and they were absolutely delicious.

Tamashii was absolutely awesome! The food was incredible—especially the garlic fried rice… seriously, it’s a must-order. Huge shoutout to Kaylee who was fantastic and took amazing care of us the whole time—friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

My favorite restaurant right now, the food is always perfect! The staff is always so helpful! They’re always playing multiple animes on the tvs and projectors so it keeps my kids occupied. The ramen is the best, I would eat here everyday of the week if I could! Their matcha mojito is sooo good too! I love their merch as well! I have the hoodie & the ramen keychain which is so helpful for ordering takeout since it has a QR code to the website!

Amazing food. We had the Mazemen and Ninniku Tonkotsu and they were both really good. The Mazemen does not have a broth but comes with an optional raw egg, which when stirred into the dish, gives a creamy sauce. The Ninniku Tonkotsu was certainly garlicky and rich, but in a very tastey way. We also had karaage, edamame, and gyoza. Everything we had was delicous and so rich in flavour. The service was fast, and our waitress was helpful and very efficient. Our food came out in almost no time at all. Prices seemed very reasonable. We’re looking forward to coming back!

Fast paced atmosphere with dim lighting and amazing food!! We both ordered the Garlic Tonkuntsu Ramen and an order of gyoza as our appetizer. I also ordered a Japanese Margarita which was 10/10. Will definitely be back!
