Ordered two sandwiches for breakfast with two hash rounds large coffee. Price over $25.00 all i had was $100 bill and you would think I tried to rob the place. Girl gave me a ration of crap about not having small bills. The sandwiches were stone cold no warmth what so ever. Hash rounds same. No warmth whatsoever. They must have made these last night. Bread was also showing signs of age in open air. I will never go back here. Only thing warm and good was the black coffee. I was extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend this Burger King.

I have to say tonight’s experience (12/21) was the worst I’ve ever had. Went to the drive-thru around 9:00-9:05pm, was asked to wait (which is fine), waited for about 3-5minutes before the gentleman at the other end got back with me. When I placed my order, I asked for a substitution (onion rings) but it didn’t appear on the screen. I reminded him of the change and he became very curt with me as “he couldn’t find the button”. I let it go and didn’t think much of it until I pulled around to the window. There was another car in front of me they must have had a large order because it was another 3 to 5 minutes before they received their order and left. As I pulled up to the window I saw the gentleman (bald head, Caucasian, wearing a solid shirt assuming he is part of the leadership team, and wearing a brown and white shark tooth like necklace?) who was on the speaker, I have to only assume he had a stressful day because when I got to the window with no enthusiasm basically no emotion he gave me the total I handed in my card when he gave me my card back and receipt I thanked him he did not recognize it at all. As I’m put in my card back in the wallet his hands halfway through my window with my drink. I will say the food came fast as I thanked him he just shut the window in my face. Now I love Burger King food and I literally drive out of my way to get to the nearest location but I rather spend my money somewhere else if the customer service is not there. I definitely want to chalk this up to somebody having a bad night, being short-staffed, etc. but making excuses does not help with the situation I experienced tonight which was awful! By the way I would have put his name on this review, but when I looked at the receipt it said “Elizabeth” so I knew it wasn’t his register he was working.

Surprised by how decent it was! The food ain’t as bad as It used to be. Not quite McDonald’s quality but you get what you pay for. In this case, I got food that was better than McDonald’s at the time. Not someplace id go outta my way for, but if I’m in the area again I wouldn’t mind popping in for some chicken fries.

Guy making food was working hard. Blonde girl working counter was too busy talking to acknowledge the counter. Looks at you, but that’s it. She seemed high. Drive thru worker saw me but came over to talk to the counter girl. Did a mobile order, but it still wasn’t ready. Fountain drinks were flat. Employees don’t care.

Can’t read the menus in the Drive-Thru because of damage. Tried asking the worker what those options were that were blocked out but instead of helping they just brushed it off and said I don’t know. Workers need to be retrained on customer service.

My guy with the braids packed up my bag perfectly with sandwiches on the bottom and fries on top! Gave me extra napkins AND ketchup without even asking. 10/10 will be back!

First went into the restroom to wash my hands, restroom was filthy, random roll of paper towels on top of dispenser. Ordered a combo meal with fries and a drink, found out after paying $3 extra for the combo that the restaurant had no ice for the beverages. Sat down at a dirty table to eat with no tray, needed to flatten out the bag to put fries and ketchup on. Place is in dire need of competent
management and employees.

They will give you old meat and/or fries/rings in a heartbeat, even if not busy, sorry, ESPECIALLY when not busy. Save yourself a headache and go over to the 66th Ave N. location just past ulmerton rd. Those folks run a great crew!
