Came here as a party of 6. The food was excellent specially the grills and biryanis. I would avoid the paneer as it was overwhelming with cardamom however the rest of the dishes were fabulous (as per photos).
Expect to pay around £120-£150 per person and that’s with a non alcoholic drink. Double that if one is to have a few beverages.
Excellent all round

One of the well known fine dining Indian restaurants in London. We tried the pre-fix menu to sample a variety of dishes. The chaat starter didn’t quite impress me, but the kebabs, lamb chops, and lobster that followed were excellent. The shrimp curry and lentil daal were both rich and flavorful. I felt that swapping the plain naan for garlic naan could make the meal even better. Overall, a satisfying experience with a few tweaks that could elevate it further.

We dined here 2 days back as a party of 4, celebrating our Son’s graduation.I can confidently say that this is definitely one of the fine dining Indian restaurants serving contemporary Indian food in London, in a very comfortable atmosphere. We tried the pre-set menu and were blown away by the chaat starter, followed by very tasty and well-presented kebabs, lamb chops, and lobster (definitely the highlight of the dinner).Drink and cocktail menu was very impressive. The shrimp curry was a bit disappointing, while the daal curry and jeera rice were very flavorful. There weren’t many choices in desserts. The whole service was satisfying, and Mr. Kadak Singh was very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. They also presented a small cake for my son.

Delicious food and they were accommodating to change the tasting menu for dietary restrictions. Enjoyably paced tasting menu in a lovely setting overall. Particularly enjoyed the chicken kebabs, tandoori paneer, and raj aloo – cocktails were also lovely.

Visited Atul Kochhar’s Tamarind and was genuinely impressed. This is Indian fine dining done right. It was my first time trying a samosa served in a cone instead of the traditional form, and it was absolutely brilliant. The flavours throughout the meal were perfectly balanced rich and authentic without being overwhelming. I don’t know how Atul manages to achieve that exact sweet spot that works beautifully for both Desi palates and international diners. A refined, memorable dining experience and definitely worth a visit.

I will visit again! The food, atmosphere, drinks and service were all fantastic. This venue is great for any occasion, while we visited for a girls dinner (birthday celebration), I will visit again for mother-daughter lunch and it also looks great for a date night!

This place is truly amazing. I came with a large party so we got to sample a bit of everything and not a single dish disappointed. The sea bass with caviar fish and the shrimp curry were my favorites. There is really no way to put into words how amazing the food is. Dish after dish our minds were blown. I feel like I’ve tasted the peak of cuisine and anything else would be a downgrade.

Chicken biriyani was great – however won’t recommend the mutton biriyani which didn’t have much a flavor. The appetizer – the samosa and chicken was delicious, so was the desert.
