We eat here once a month or so. Upon receiving the new ad for the chicken parm sandwich, I was excited to give it a try. While the taste was ok, but it looked nothing like the photo with more of a cheese stick on the sandwich vs a cheese square per the ad. We’ll likely be back, but buyer beware when trying something new in their ads.

Watched an episode on a local news station where they featured this restaurant and showed food options looked great on television. Before I get to the food, the experience was “con tactless” you walk in and there are no employees behind the counter to greet you, ordering is done on a kiosk credit/debit only. Food is placed in a cubby where a number is called out to pick up your order. Now to the food..disappointing what version came out after seeing a segment where the chicken was larger than the bun thick and the version of sandwich we received was the exact opposite..more like a cutlet-Flavor-not much. Ordered two different sandwiches one was the mozzarella chicken parm and the other was a bacon jam. The bacon jam had the bun soggy. 2 meals later…38.00 and pure disappointment honestly.

This was my first time at Birdcall. It was good, but it didn’t knock my socks off or anything. I got the Nashville Hot sandwich and it was good. The bun was a bit dry but the chicken was pretty decent. The fries were not hot which sucks when eating in but there were just okay. The service was great though and the atmosphere was pretty awesome too. A bit pricey for sure. I did love the strawberry lemonade though, that was pretty damn good. All and all I’ll give them another try but I won’t be rushing back.

The Spicy SzechYuan special was so good! The sauce was fantastic. All their sauces are incredibly good. If you like it spicy, get that Nashville Hot!! They make em in tenders, too. The Rancher most definitely gave the Spicy SzechYuan a run for its money. Very creative sides. Craft sodas and beers on tap too! Highly recommend.

The food is cold, bland, and boring. The quality is no different than Burger King or Wendy’s for twice the price. The tator tots have some salt, but taste like they just sat in the frier too long. Gross.

We stopped in for dinner after a busy day and was to tired to cook. The place was quiet until we arrived and then it got very busy on a Friday night. We decided to eat there and ordered indoor using their Kiosk system.
We set outdoors and our ordered was called up very quickly. We ordered the Buffalo chicken and the K-pop sandwiches with fries. All our meals were delicious and perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The place has a great atmosphere and we enjoyed our dining experience.

Never eaten here before, driving by and thought I would check it out. Clean place, super friendly staff, got 2 sandwiches, the original and buffalo with coleslaw. Coleslaw was super dry with ok taste, kinda bland. The buffalo sandwich was good but the original was super tough to chew. Definitely no tenderization happened. Wouldn’t recommend the original if you come here. So overall ok if you like tough chicken sandwiches.

This chicken place is now one of my favorites! It feels like a more elegant fast food restaurant. I ordered the deluxe sandwich with fries and the herb mayo but I switched to a gluten free bun. It was a bit dry but better than other buns I’ve tried in life. Got my food quite fast and the chicken tasted fresh! Coming back soon!

The restaurant itself is very clean, modern and atmosphere in general was good. Music was good, not too loud and perfect for enjoying a meal. Staff were great and very helpful.
Unfortunately my sandwich wasn’t the best I’ve had, I believe it’s the texture of the “chicken” or maybe the amount of slaw… can’t really pin in. Everything else was delicious.
