A lovely calming atmosphere – nicely decorated with air conditioning! Friendly staff who went out of their way to provide a birthday treat when they realised we were there for a birthday dinner out! Food was amazing with generous portion sizes and a wide range of options for everyone’s tastes and are all presented beautifully. Highly recommend visiting!

This cosy restaurant is local to our home. We’ve been visiting for years and keep returning as we always leave feeling satisfied. The service is always friendly, the food is always fresh, tasty and hot and the menu is varied.
My 4 year old son has a dairy allergy and they always accommodate his dietary needs, adjusting dishes where necessary.

The food was delicious, full of flavour. We enjoyed the poppadoms, cheesy naan, and several curries. The vegetable rice was great, you get a lot of rice so easy to share. The daal soup was a bit too salty.
It can get quite cold in the restaurant with the air con so I brought an extra layer.

Consistency is the word I’d best describe the Tamarind. Been going to the restaurant for years now and every time it’s been a delight. Great choices of food and drink. The curry’s are one of the best I’ve had ever. The staff are incredibly friendly and a right laugh! Always look forward to going there.

A visit to Tamarind for our anniversary. Situated near to where we live, so didn’t have to travel far, plus it has a car park. We had a lovely time. Food was amazing and staff were vigilant to our needs. We wasn’t there very long and would absolutely go again. We do get food delivered at times and can say it’s as delicious as it would be if we were sitting in the restaurant to eat it.
