Workers clearly have no idea what they’re doing, are pretty rude and half scoop everything. If you want to spend $15 for 20 grains of rice and 5 pieces of chicken this is the spot for you.

Tamales is part of UMass Amherst’s Blue Wall Food Hall, with a focus on Mexican cuisine.
The prices are a bit high, that I really wouldn’t recommend it as a visitor to the campus. They charge way higher than other locations in the area, and the portions vary on size depending on what you get.
The food is alright though. Since you can build your own, it really depends on what you enjoy or what you want.
