The food is great, stopped in late after getting into town in a Sunday. Excellent hummus, the lamb is wonderful. Definitely will be back.

Best Humus in town . Big variety of healthiness & greens. The unique thing about this place , that makes the difference is the FRESH, fluffy, real, pita bread that you cant find anywhere other then the middle east . Clean affordable, and good service..

One of my all-time favorite places to eat in New Orleans. The food here is absolutely incredible. The pita is the best in the city (yeah, I said it). Come here for the authentic, delicious Israeli food. My go-to dish is the shakshuka sandwich. My husband gets the chicken shawarma platter. A pro tip: order hummus and a side of fries.

We went on a busy Mardi Gras night..service was quick. We ordered falafel platter and mango mint drink. Drink was really good. Falafel plate came with falafel, pita, hummus, salad, fries and pickle. Out of this we liked falafel and hummus. Salad was bland. Pita definitely needs improvement, we felt it was very doughy and not baked properly. We didn’t like fries at all!!

This is the best hummus outside of Israel So fresh and so clean! The cheesecake is Fantastic and not only because the burn the outer layer. It’s actually quite interesting and ..dare I say delicious. I love the mango freeze on a hot day as well as the lemon and strawberry drinks. The chicken schnitzel is far superior to any in town. Love the female centric “and her and her and her… “poster as well as the poster of Golda Meir with her cigarette.

I’m a huge lover of hummus and me fiancé and I were craving it so I looked up Mediterranean food and this was the closest to us well needless to say it wasn’t the best experience. The lady at the register was super nice and helpful but the food was tasteless, the hummus had no flavor and the Mediterranean chicken had absolutely no

0 stars if i could. Do not go to Tal’s Hummus. We just had a meal there (unfortunately) and I have to say this is the worst place to eat in the whole city of New Orleans. The only reason we went is because Lebanon’s Cafe was closed today and since Tal’s Hummus is in the neighborhood we thought let’s just give it a chance. Big mistake. We spent $80 on 3 underwhelming gyros ($17 each) and a disgusting lentil soup. The woman that works there seems bored and uninterested in the customers. My teenage kids and I left hungry and upset because we feel ripped off from this place. Go to Lebanon’s Cafe if you want a consistently delicious meal. We’ve been going there for 20 years and we have never been disappointed.

The food here was pretty bland to me. The pita was good, but everything needed some bright citrus and/or salt. The falafel was good. Chicken was well cooked, but again not well balanced with flavors. Fries werent great and didn’t add much. It is also quite expensive – we ordered hummus and two pita sandwiches for $50. Not my taste, but the service at the front was pleasant and helpful
