Not as good as it used to be. Great bar and staff. The beer lines need to be cleaned, the entree came out before the appetizer. The meatloaf was cold. The lighting, even though it was dark outside, had not been turned down and was too bright and harsh. The redeeming quality is the wait staff is fantastic and the location.

This is a cozy, hip-jazzy place to visit. While located at course the view is great! Especially on music nights out on patio. New menu which is nice. Good vibes and professional staff. I’ve been a patron for going on several years now and may be biased. Every location has its issues, alas I’ve noticed the desire to please at Talons. Give it a shot! Live nearby and want a nice outdoor eating option other than “that seafood joint” on the river? Yep, this is the place I choose for sure. Outdoor seating isn’t too bad even on a summer day. A glorious view of the well manicured golf course. We usually get there as soon as they open instead of the heat of the day. They have a decent selection of beer and any mixed drink you desire. They have daily specials that I always recommend trying since their cooks have nailed it for me every time. This day I had the country fried steak sandwich. It is a slice of their prime rib, breaded and fried to perfection. Their restroom is the equivalent of a day spa and staff maintain the cleanliness of this place every time I have visited. Wait staff are very friendly and attentive no matter how busy they are.

I had a fantastic experience at Talons Clubhouse Restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring everything was perfect throughout the meal. The menu offered a great variety of options, and the food was absolutely delicious. Definitely would be back soon.

I had an early lunch with friends and the salad was fresh along with the marinated, grilled chicken breast atop and the delicious tomato soup was so flavorful. The staff was friendly and attentive as well. Great experience.

It had been a few years since I last chose Talons. Forgot what I was missing! Beer is cold and the food is excellent. Saturday I met some friends there and had a couple Dukes and a chicken & bacon quesadilla with garlic-parm fries. Enjoyed it so much my daughter and I tried to go back two evenings later only to be disappointed we forgot they are closed on Mondays. Will be back again soon.
