Usually love this place but tonight my mom went and they totally messed up our order. We didn’t receive any of the correct sauces for 3 orders (they were completely different ones, maybe they got put in the wrong bag?) and then we asked for extra ice on our drinks and one of them had no ice at all despite the ticket labeling otherwise. Usually would be no issue, i’d just use sauce and ice from home but we were eating on the go. It’s just too pricey to be messing up like this, and we would appreciate a refund. Our order number is 11573550.

I normally have no problems ordering from this location but last night was a pretty bad exception. I order on DoorDash and it delivers from this location. I ordered a chicken sandwich, bit into it, and the inside was pink. They served me raw chicken. I haven’t gotten sick yet and I really hope it stays that way. I was panicking last night worrying about whether or not I would be violently ill as a result of this. I’ve worked fast food before so I get how stressful this job can be, but there is no excuse for undercooking chicken of all things. I got a refund from DoorDash for my meal specifically but I honestly think being served raw chicken warrants a refund for EVERYTHING I ordered last night. Attaching a pic of the raw chicken here. Really not happy. Do better.

Chick-Fil-A on a weekend is always going to be busy, but they were moving things as quickly as possible for the number of people there. Because this location was built before the pandemic, they had to adjust to the increase in online ordering and have done well with the space. They have, just be prepared for a little bit of a cramped space when picking up. This isn’t anyone’s fault, and the employees were all extremely patient and efficient. Just a heads up for when you go. Food was great, order was accurate, employees were all nice.

Edited: thank you to management for making this right and comping a replacement meal!
The shrinkflation has gotten out of control, and while Chic-Fil-A has gotten bad as a chain, this location has taken the cake. Paid around 11.50 for a 3 tender meal and it was the saddest looking, tiny and overcooked chicken I’ve seen yet. Fries were also overdone and underfilled. I’m not a large woman somehow was still hungry after getting a combo. Le sigh.

Parking lot was crazy as always but they had me pull around and wait for food that was already there when I did so. Although they didn’t include utensils, napkins or straws. To add insult to injury they didn’t throw in a single ranch or the beloved and sought after (whole reason we even went was for the sauce due to a wifes craving) Chiky filet sauce! THE AUDACITY!!!! NEVER HAVE I EVER! All jokes aside it’s disappointing is all. Simply try and improve please. Next time will have to be a few unless another craving hits. If that happens I may be going to Popeyes…..

Got my order wrong and then treated me like some sort of crook for coming back through the drive-thru and pointing it out. The “nice” woman at the drive-thru gave me a thousand yard stare before scurrying off to her manager, whispering something, and then proceeding to express the most unwelcoming vibe I’ve ever experienced in a fast food setting. I truly welcome you to re-listen to my order using the recordings I know you have and reconcile that with what was provided to me. I’ve been coming here for years, ordering pretty much the same thing every single time, and I’ve never been treated with that level of suspicion/disdain, until now. Never coming back, that’s for sure.

I always love going to Chick-fil-A. The service is quick and friendly and the food is always fresh and hot. Advertisement words right there, reach out. All joking aside no matter where I go I have never had an bad experience at a Chick-fil-A franchise ( another advertisement slogan).

We absolutely love to treat ourselves to a chick fil A shake every so often, however tonight my girls and I were completely disappointed. We grabbed a couple of cookies and cream shakes after a long day of dance and before I could even have a bite myself my girls were already complaining that it tasted watery. I didn’t believe them, I just assumed it had melted fast…sure enough I took a bite and it tasted like melted ice water with hardly any flavor. It was bizarre. I can’t fathom how that’s even possible, but it felt like a complete waste of money. Super bummed.

Chick-fil-A, Layton, is always busy and the lines are long. Their prices have increased to $10-$20 per person for “meals.” Service could be much more efficient. The food is tasty but you’re paying the same price for a meal that you would for a sit down meal at Chili’s.

This CFA could be a perfect 5 star, however the guest service needs work. It’s a 50/50 chance I’ll have an interaction that meets the standards of CFA expectations. It seems most of the team members are very young. When I’ve spoken to management they seemed very kind. Food has (I think) always been correct – a couple times they forgot my sauces and napkins so check your bag. I have been a (at times daily) regular at CFA for over a decade (in Florida) and I don’t mind this one being my new go-to since moving (though I do miss the Celebration,FL location). For a 10/5 star experience, take a trip to the Dwarf House CFA in Georgia! It’s 100% worth the trip!
