Pros:
(1) Prices aren’t too outrageous, and they have things like $12 country fried chicken/steak Friday, $10 fish and chips Friday, half price burgers on Wednesday…
(2) Portion size isn’t bad

Cons:
(1) Good quality is a bit on the worse side of things – refried beans were lukewarm, fish tacos came with shredded yellow cheese and not queso fresco as was listed, the juicy Lucy burger (patty supposed to be stuffed with cheese) must have been stuffed with a very minimal amount of cheese as I might have seen a piece of cheese once
(2) Fried pickles had a thin coating and the pickle slices themselves were arguably too thick

Food is very inconsistent. Sometimes it’s great; and sometimes it’s raw….I mean wrong.

Have been here many times for dinner and had a great experience. Decided to grab lunch here on Saturday and did not have a very good time. Service was very slow despite how few people were there. While the pizza tasted good, it was thrown together by a lazy or inattentive cook. It
was very light on toppings, and the celery still had leaves on it! We never saw a manager I think maybe they need a new daytime manager there who will pay some attention to what the staff is doing and make sure patrons are happy. We won’t be back for lunch ever, and will probably think again before going back period

We stopped in to have late lunch and watch Broncos/Bills game. Food was good. Fun atmosphere. Our Server (Ava?) was PHENOMENAL. Fast friendly, put up with all our silly questions and requests. Keeps us coming back!

0 stars! Celiac . Ordered a medium rare steak no seasoning with a plain baked potato and a side salad no dressing. Along with the rest of my families order with doordash. My steak arrived exteremy well done , no baked potatoes and no salad and several of the sides of the rest of our order missing. I spoke with the general manager he said go though door dash… this is actually not a door dash problem. THEY prepared my food wrong , did not make sue my order was correct. And I was treated like shit when I talked to the actual manager. Door dash is responsible for delivering our food and we have contacted them. Talk of the town is not a place to order through. Eat at , or even do business with. HORRIBLE experince! Definitely not a medium rare steak.!

Place has gone downhill.

After over a decade of enjoying the yati style Carolina bbq wings, we won’t be returning.

We moved to another part of KC but whenever we’re close we still (used to) like to get some wings. After receiving a to go order (tightly tied) and driving the half hour home, we realized they didn’t make them yati style. We called and they offered to remake them right then but we didn’t want to drive another half hour there and another half hour home so we opted to have the manager call us instead.

The manager never called.

Went to get a replacement order, they had no note of the call we made about their mistake, and even after offering proof of when the mistake was made, all they offered was 10%off…

For the prices to have quadrupled since we started going there, the manager to fail to call to make it right, THEN the insult of a 10% off?

Yeah we’re not going back.

Wingstop is right around the corner anyway.

Location off 119th: Service was fantastic. Staff is great. But it more of a RUN DOWN BAR then a grill. Leaking celilings. Bathrooms are awfully small, dingy and smelly but it looks like they try to keep it clean. As for the food, not great. Got sick. This place is just run down!

First time here, we were with a large group of kids and adults. Service was friendly and fast. Food was good, fries were a bit on the cool side. Would go again.

SO disappointed!
You walk in and are smacked in the face with the smell of sewer!
We sat down, ordered our food and that’s when my eyes started to wander. The trash cans were overflowing with a liquid seeping from the top and sides. The floors, tables, menus were all sticky and dirty. Our waiter said he forgot our drinks because he was “distracted in the back” what? The bathrooms were disgusting! We ordered the burnt end nachos and were greeted with a lump of cheese and mystery meat. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had! I hope the wrong person walks in and closes the doors for good.
