I rarely leave my plate spotless, but this time… not a grain of rice survived. The green chicken curry? Pure magic. The soup, the rolls, the Thai tea—every bite and sip was a 10/10. Talesai is a true hidden gem in the Valley.

My husband and I were so happy to find this local Thai treasure. I’m always searching for pad Thai with the really thin noodles and this is one of the few. It’s now replaced our previous choice for regular takeout (and we used to live in Hollywood next to the Thai town). We had the hidden treasure, beef satay and loved those too.
Love the service here too, though that rarely influences my restaurant ratings.

A hidden gem for Thai cuisine on the Blvd, this place is the ultimate go-to spot that most people haven’t discovered yet. With a spacious, beautifully designed interior and a serene, quiet ambiance, it offers fine dining at its finest. We visit weekly to satisfy our Thai food cravings. Highly recommended!

Had dinner here this evening. We eat Thai food frequently. The food lacked so much flavor nor did it have much Thai flavor. The service was not great. Never did the waiter ask if we needed anything and there were not many patrons in the restaurant. The prices are outrageous for not so great food or service! Spent over $100 for two people! Not worth it!

This restaurant is unbelievably great. The food is fabulous. Please order the crab fried rice, the green papaya salad, the fried sea bass, pad Thai with shrimp, the shrimp curry, the heavenly duck and the hidden treasures appetizer. The food is so good that most of these items I’d order a double portion in order to have leftovers. Please guys: order direct from their website with their own delivery service because DD takes a fortune and no restaurant can sustain these fees and also make a profit. If you want great restaurants like Talesai to survive then order direct and eat in the restaurant. This place is absolutely wonderful.

From the moment we entered, our experience was phenomenal. Big windows and skylights brought natural light into this wonderful space. Gentle and inviting music created a great ambience that did not distract from our meal or conversations. Beautiful modern art by one of Thailand’s national artist filled the restaurant.
The service and food were equally incredible. Our waitress and even the owner checked on us, ensuring a comfortable and homey dining experience. There is a clear variety of vegetarian options. The panang curry with fried tofu was the best I’ve ever had!

Wonderful place! My friend and I went on a Friday night, and were seated right away. The service was prompt and the server was very nice. I loved the Pad Thai with chicken – felt very much like my favorite comfort food. Will definitely be back!

This old favorite has such a delightful atmosphere, perfect service and we both enjoyed drinks, apps & dinner.
