I order a cheese quesadilla when I got my food it was stuffed full of chicken and they said we added chicken when we did not and then we went up there told them they tried to make us pay for a new one so we went up again and complained and got one. When we got it, it was cut like sideway in half it was nasty and not recommended.

Usually here as a Dasher, and the staff has always been very friendly! Some places almost seem annoyed when they find out I’m there for a DD order, but they’re always very quick with the to go orders and never treat me like a burden. Love that! Thank you guys for being so great to your DD customers and drivers!

Went through the drive thru and ordered $33 worth of food. The nacho fries they served us were old and nasty and the large baja blast did’nt have the lid on right so when I grabbed my drink it spilled everywhere in the car and all over my wifes $300 purse ruining it. When we went back through the drive thru to get fresh fries and another drink they charged us $3.00 for another drink. I can’t believe they charged us again for another drink when it dumped all over because they failed to put the lid on the correct way. I wonder if I can send Taco Bell the bill for the $300 purse that was ruined. They did replace the fries at no cost surprisingly.

Raised my rating by one star. I have been back in a couple of times lately and things are improving.
Staff was nice and location is clean. However, they nearly always forget items and sauce packets. Last visit they forgot a beef Chalupa Supreme, the sauce packets, and there was nearly no meat on other items.

So I had made a DoorDash order on February 14th a little fast food for me and my children when I open the bag there were the piece of gum inside I did call the manager she said that no one in there facility choose gum but there’s a bunch of teenagers in there and I don’t see them not chewing any gum It was sealed and my DoorDasher picked it up from her car to my house and it had gum in it I thought it was absolutely disgusting I threw my entire meal away It was $30 something and I just feel like that was very nasty My DoorDasher return to the store and asked to talk to the manager she said that the manager got crappy with her and that just proves that someone was guilty besides me and my DoorDasher I would love for you guys to fix his problem but it makes me never want to eat at Taco Bell ever again in Salem Indiana
