Ordered the shrimp noodles & made it a combo. I did place the order via DoorDash, But I did have a question and I called the store and the person I spoke with was super nice and I took the time to answer all the questions I had before I made an order.

The noodles were really hot and fresh, But I did feel the flavor was a little bit one note and on the salty side. The crispy chicken bun was really good— Nice and hot, Flavorful, And super crispy. The fruit tea was also on the sweeter side, but tasty. Overall 4/5, and worth checking out.

This place was awful. I’ve heard many good things about Takumi so I was very excited that I finally had the chance to come in. 2 stars is being generous. Let me tell you, I went in there with one other person. We ordered to go and waited about 15ish minutes, not a big deal. It was completely empty in there and nobody really talked to us besides the cashier. We ordered spicy beef ramen, soup dumplings, crab rangoons, and the octopus takoyaki. So i’ll go through every item and how they were. The ramen- asked for no seaweed and still got it, 0/10 it was the blandest thing ever just kinda tasted like spicy cold noodles. The soup dumplings- 2/10 good honestly but i’ve had better. The rangoons – were like all rangoons i’ve had before, 5/10. The takoyaki was absolutely disgusting, 0/10 that was so bad and usually I like octopus takoyaki. I will not be going back. Maybe for the boba or smoothies but honestly not worth the 60$ spent.

By far one of the best Ramen places we’ve been to. The food is and the prices are very reasonable for the portions. I paid around 70-ish before tip and our take out is most definitely another meal . The Char Siu today though could use some improvements.

Not a bad lunch, but not my favorite.
I started with the soup dumplings, which came out after my main course. They were stuck together, which resulted in the soup spilling out before I could eat them I’d skip these if you want the full soup dumpling experience.
I got the beef stir fry with medium spice. Everything was very fresh and nicely cooked, but there wasn’t much flavor. I ended up adding sauces and spices.
Overall, it wasn’t for me. I’d maybe try some of their other dishes if I was in the area again.

I was hesitant about eating here, mainly because I like ramen. I am glad I came. I added Takumi Ramen to my places to visit while in JST.

I decided to try this place for the first time today. I usually am leary of Japanese style restaurants after having lived in Japan for 13 years and usually get disappointed. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a Jasmine hot teapot and the Spicy Miso Ramen. The Ramen was hearty and flavorful and like most food touted as being spicy in japanese culture it was actually pretty mild. If you are worried about it being too spicy, I would not worry about it. Everything else looked pretty good and the decor had appropriate Japanese accents. I would return again.

This is a great place for ramen. The food is always delicious, I recommend getting the ramen as a combo the buns are amazing and you can get bubble tea with it. The broth is always amazing. Haven’t tried the seafood boil yet but would like too.

It’s taken a while to checkout this restaurant, but it was worth the wait. I ordered the volcano ramen (spicy, but not hot) and it was excellent. It’s labeled as hot, but it really wasn’t bad. All of the ingredients went well together and I found it to be the best Ramen in the area. Not that we have many options, but this was really good. They do have seafood boils, that I’m really looking forward to. The interior was pleasant and the staff were friendly and attentive.
