Worst service in my life. Do not dare ask if your number has been called or they will punish you by skipping your number for an extra 20 mins while laughing among themselves (40 mins waiting in total for 2 kids meals). They were going in order and calling order # 26, 27, and 28 when we were finally called (#9).

This is quite possibly the slowest and least competent Burger King on the planet. The funny thing is, it doesn’t matter if there are a lot of people or only a few – it still takes minimum 30 minutes to get the incorrect order and another 10 to get it fixed. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a hamburger and added a whopper patty for 1.50 at counter. Kiosk had different price for extra patty 1.00 but said whopper jr. When i saw 2 small patties i went to counter. Gentlemen asked chef and she said extra whopper patty is hamburger patty. Oh well. Counter guy asked if i wanted refund as he sees i am not pleased i didnt get what i paid for. Busy Friday night. 20 minute wait so no i dont want a refund since i am hungry.

Ordered a milkshake — got just milk! It’s clear the staff don’t know how to use the machine: they pour the ingredients by eye with no proper measurements. What I got wasn’t a milkshake, it was just watery milk. Very disappointed, waste of money. I hope management pays attention and trains the staff to make drinks properly.

Honestly, I don’t understand how this location still open. They are slow, rude, and disrespectful. Laughing while you have dozens of people waiting, is not appropriate.
I ordered: 12 piece chicken fries, whopper junior meal. They messed up and gave me someone else’s ordered. Lucky, I had not left before I noticed. I returned the order and they asked me..why did you take it. I took the order yall called. Maybe if they were paying attention instead of joking, they would not have made the mistake. Then, they purposely made me wait another 30 minutes for my order. They did not put my order up to be made. The disrespect they treat paying customers is astonishing…
Burger King, I hate to say that people need to lose their job, but if you’re not going to do it, they you don’t need to have it.

If you can go anywhere in this travel area, don’t go here! Ordered a double cheeseburger meal & I’m actually offended at what I got, not to mention it was cold & burnt. I’m definitely disputing the charge, I didn’t get anything I ordered.

Okay, a 5 star review seems high. I will agree with most other reviews that the service is slow. Really slow. If you have young children, avoid this stop. They might not be strong enough to survive the wait. It was almost 1 until we got out food. So why the positive review? It didn’t seem to be the fault of the burger king employees. They were genuinely running their behinds off and hustling to get food out. They had a positive attitude and provided cheerful and friendly service. And the order was correct. The slow time is more of a fault of the service area funnelling hundreds of hungry people into this food court at a time with Burgers king as the only meal option (everywhere is snacks and chick fil a is closed on Sunday). The service stop should add another food venue to alleviate some the wait. I felt that burger king did the best they could with what they had. Whoever the manager of this location is, ought to give their employees a raise. They were exceptional given the rush they dealt with

Usually my late night go to, after work, thru the drive thru. Up until recently, they were fantastic. Fries were HOT, sandwich was perfect. Last couple of times I went, the original chicken sandwich I ordered was bone dry – virtually no mayo on them. The third time I went, I especially asked that there be mayo on the sandwich. The guy taking my order told me the sandwich comes with mayo. I told him I knew that and tried to explain that the last two times, the sandwich was dry. He cut me off and snapped, “I’ll make sure it has mayo, anything else?” He sounded very annoyed. When I drove around and gave him my card he gave me a sullen look, again as if I were bothering him. When I took my card back from him, admittedly I grabbed it. That infuriated him and he gave me a lecture about not “snatching” things. I tried to explain why I was upset and he just snapped at me that he knows my order, he recognized my voice and I shouldn’t snatch my card. The whole thing was appalling. And then, to top it off…my order was wrong. I ordered large fries and small onion rings with my sandwich. I got large onion rings and small fries. There was about 2 scant teaspoons of mayo all in one clump on one corner of the sandwich and about half the amount of lettuce they normally put on. So much for “knowing my order. ” Normally an original chicken sandwich is a bit on the messy side. Not this time. Or the previous 2 times.

Extremely slow. Eating at this Burger King will add 30 min to your trip. Not even going to blame the staff in particular. Maybe they are under staffed. Regardless of the reason, the point of rest stop food is a quick bite before getting back on the road. This place does not deliver that. Just eat at the chick-for-a next door or go to the next rear stop.
