Absolutely incredible experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, genuine hospitality that made me feel right at home. The service was attentive without ever feeling rushed – every detail was handled with care. The food was outstanding – full of amazing flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. You can tell the chefs take real pride in their craft. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great food and exceptional service , it’s a true gem!

I stopped by this Turkish restaurant on a whim to grab a Philly — and wow, what a surprise! They make it with gyro meat instead of steak, and it was so delicious. The flavor was incredible! Perfectly seasoned, juicy and such a fun Mediterranean twist on a classic Philly.
We also had a fresh Mediterranean salad and a falafel appetizer, and everything hit just right. Great portions, fair prices, and friendly service. Definitely a hidden gem I’ll be coming back to!

Delicious food and extensive menu. Everything was freshly made. The lamb sauté was warm and delicious and my chicken wrap was a decent size. The interior is pretty plain but the tables were clean and presentable. Bring cash if you can as we did pay a card fee of about $1. Love this type of food so we will probably order from here again!

It’s a nice homey Turkish place, not fancy but food was quite good. I got the Gyro bowl and soup of the day for lunch. I would come back and try the kebabs and then update the review. Crazy that I had never been here and I work so very close.

Very unassuming spot, definitely not fancy. The food is however excellent and homemade. The two gentlemen working were a pleasure and very welcoming. Great place for a tasty low key meal. The mixed grill, cacik, grape leaves and hummus all were outstanding. Definitely adding this place to our rotation.

Very good falafel it is fresh, hot, crispy and green. Sub tahini for tzaziki for vegan. (Did not ask about the lentil soup but it may be okay as well.) Recommend!

This place is soooo good! The food quality is very good and clean. The environment is very clean and laid back. And the customer service was excellent they were very kind and helpful. I was very happy with my meal and they even made me a super good coffee! I love this place!

i had ordered the lamb manti online and picked it up in person. when i got home and started eating it, i realized there wasn’t actually any meat in it
i called the restaurant and asked about it. they said that they couldn’t find the lamb kind so they gave me the soy bean kind. taksim had multiple opportunities to inform me that they had decided to do this beforehand but neglected to do so
this meal was about 25 dollars. i was willing to spend this on lamb but not on soy. on top of that, they made zero effort to ask me about the substitution and refused to give me even a partial refund
the only thing they were willing to do was to give me the lamb kind the next time they had it but i have no plans to ever go back after this experience
this could have been disastrous if i had a soy allergy. i would highly recommend avoiding taksim, especially if you have any allergies
in response to the reply from the owner: see attached screenshot. while you have since changed your menu, it originally listed lamb when i had ordered. as it explicitly stated lamb, there would be no reason to call.
this is not the first time you have blamed customers for your own mistakes instead of taking accountability or apologizing (as i noticed in another review where the customer added a screenshot when you accused them of not reading the menu closely enough) and i doubt it will be the last

This mom and pop shop is truly a hidden gem! My husband and I had dinner here a few nights ago for the first time and definitely plan on making this a regular spot! The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We started with delicious baba ganoush for our appetizer. Then for our entrees, we ordered the mixed grill kebab and doner kebab. All of the meat in mixed grill was very flavorful. My favorite was the gyros. The rice and salad that came with the entrees were really great and fresh. They served us Turkish tea towards the end of our dinner. I highly recommend this spot – especially for the gyros!
