Serving authentic Osaka style Takoyaki which is freshly cooked in Los Angeles. Fluffy outside and melty&creamy inside is a traditional style and totally different texture from pre-cooked deep fried style of takoyaki. Feel and taste real soul food of Osaka. Our takoyaki is made from scratch using all natural ingredients. For example, we cook chicken soup for 5hours with a lot of vegetable and fruits to use for our takoyaki batter and separately cooked umami Dashi soup (using bonito, fish and konbu seaweed) for that. Those increase more flavor and Umami for takoyaki itself and we put our original sauce before you eat. To spread takoyaki culture, we focus on selling traditional style and hope people have experience to touch new things.

Aside from that, Service was A+ per usual, super friendly, super happy ( and knowledgeable on the sake).
The Parmesan and Truffle one was the best.
Order came out a little slow but we had nothing but time on our hands.
Would eat again if I were looking for a snack
There’s not much to say, except they’re delicious! The Octopus was very tender and not overcooked (sometimes, I find it chewy and usually that means it’s overcooked.) My fiancé definitely burnt his tongue on first bite so make sure to maybe open a pocket to let the steam out before biting into it like a timbit/donut hole.
The take out window was so cute! And service was so fast. Cute experience and definitely would go again if I’m in the area.
Btw we ordered the ponzu Takoyaki, so the ponzu sauce was on the side and we dipped the Takoyaki into it. Delicious! Love ponzu sauce.
