Subway is not the same. They are experiencing financial issues and sold a lot of locations to non native Americans which is unfortunately effecting the food. Ive noticed its not fresh lettuce wilting etc and for some reason taste different sad I liked Subway. I went to the one on hwy 50 in O’Fallon and count your money and know they amt. The people there lied to me and charged me extra at checkout! I caught him in the lie it was awkward.

Entered store at 8:50 pm, was told store was closed. Online it said that they were opened until 9:30 pm. They refused to serve me, open sign was still on. This store just lost a valuable customer. If your smart avoid this Subway, choose another Subway to eat at.

This is not the Subway I remember. The bread was flat, the tomatoes were paper thin, one piece of spinach. I also asked for light sauce. It was literally dripping off the sandwich. The employee behind the counter was impatient and rude and didn’t pay attention to anything that was said. I will NOT be back

I picked a friend’s order up to today from this location. The restaurant was very clean. The worker was very nice. And the order was ready and already packed to go. I am very pleased with their service. I will start going to this location to get take out.
