The area outside of the food truck was nicely cleaned up, there was no trash or food on the ground. Though, there was no seating except one picnic table. The service was very nice and the man taking my order was kind and helpful. The food was below my expectations. I was hoping for more authentic Japanese flavor influences, but instead it tasted like maybe too much soy sauce was used. The chicken was a little bit tough as well.

I was desperate for something quick and vegetarian friendly. I’ve driven by this truck a ton of times and assumed they wouldn’t have anything I could eat. They actually do have a few veggie friendly things. I got the Veggie Roll and the Veggie Spring rolls. The veggie roll was slightly above average but the spring rolls were incredible! Crispy, crunchy, hot, and tasty.
They do not have the best selection of sauces, it’s just pre packaged sauce packets, but it got the job done. I can see myself stopping back here every now and then for these spring rolls and the garlic edamame.

If they had more veggie roll options I would stop by weekly.

The food was lacking flavor, other than salt and pepper. The veggies were three slivers of carrots, 4 tiny broccoli florets and a lot of onion. I had heard good things about this food truck so I thought I would give it a try. I was so excited to find Boba tea locally, and soon was very disappointed to discover it was a disgusting can of pre-made Boba tea. It was so gross, after tasting it, it went into the trash!! I couldn’t even drink it. Not impressed. I don’t plan on going back.

Wow! A great hibachi and sushi spot. Quite the line when I got there. Totally recommend for any sushi lovers.

Indoor and outdoor dining!

Only critique or suggestion would be to add egg, onions etc to the fried rice like others.

First time. Not impressed. Sushi rice was sour and that was the best taste in the two rolls I got. Ordered a salmon rroll and pretty sure I got tuna or no fish at all. Had no flavor. Service was slow. I’ll give them another chance but don’t expect much.
