My wife and I stopped in here on our way to St George. The food was incredible. My wife ordered the flatbread pesto chicken and it was perfect. I ordered the Reuben with the flat fries and ate it all. Our server, I believe the owner, was super nice and attentive. Wonderful food great service five star experience.

I go up in the area fishing alot, as we were driving though we decided to eat locally and support the locals, Jersey’s corner came highly recommended, so we tried it, all hands down it has to be one of the greatest restaurants around. Great quality food and service. We were able to talk to the actual owner and find what the name behind this great place is. it’s a very interesting story and decades of family History, thank you for your great hospitality and we will see you soon as we go up there fishing all the time.

Exceptional

My wife and I were wondering if anything was open in Parowan late on a Sunday evening.
I opened maps, tapped ‘Restaurants’, then ‘Open Now’ expecting to see everything was closed – but to my surprise Jersey’s Corner was open and they’ve got a 4.9?

I’m in.

We pulled up and wasn’t sure that the Google hours were accurate, there were no indications that they were open (you all might want a neon OPEN sign up front) but we headed to the door anyway.

We were immediately greeted, sat and and our server was right there within 30 seconds asking what we’d like to drink.
That’s a great start!

The place is very clean, well organized and set up with booths on one side and a dining overflow and/or a banquet side with chairs and tables on the other side of a wall with a big doorway.
Various knickknacks and signage here and there – not overdone but tastefully arranged.

Ambiance 5/5

The menu shocked me. I couldn’t have expected to see choices like this in Parowan, Utah!
Smash Burger Tacos? Greek Gyro? …check this out: Mac&Cheese Waffle w/Pulled Pork, BBQ Sauce and Pickled Onions! Yes, you read that right.
There’s enough on this menu to keep me entertained for some time.

The food arrived quickly and looked great.

Presentation 5/5

I got the Gyro and was happy to find the cold ingredients were cold, the meat was hot and the pita was warm.
The fries are flat, almost like a thin battonet cut and were cooked properly and seasoned well.

Food Safety 5/5

My wife got the Smash Burger Tacos and had the same overall experience, cold food cold, hot food hot and even the taco tray wasn’t cold enough to chill the taco wrap.

First bite impressions: FRESH, quality ingredients.
The gyro had feta that was really good and fresh, I’m pretty sure the tzatziki didn’t come out of a packet because it was SO fresh and tasty and the rest of the veggies didn’t appear to have been pre cut and just sitting around waiting for a customer on a Sunday evening.
Same with my wife’s tacos! Fresh veggies, fresh warm taco wraps, burger cooked perfectly, crisp bacon and a sauce with some zing!

Taste 5/5

Our server was a delight. She was knowledgeable about the menu and offered suggestions, explaining that the weekend (4th of July) wiped out a few menu choices, but we found that there was plenty we still wanted to try!
She kept our waters full and engaged in lively conversation when she could.

Service 5/5

Now the only down side is that we have to drive to Parowan (from Cedar) multiple times per week! (We may eat out too much?)

What a great stop in the middle of no where. May daughter and I absolutely loved this place. I got the jalepeno popper burger, she got the mushroom Swiss. Sooo good. The onion rings were super crispy, the flat fries they do were awesome. And their sauces are all homemade. A total gem.

Omg had the garlic aioli burger, side salad and these amazing crispy steak fries. I’m in love. I noticed the quality of ingredients was top notch. From the buns to just the salad mix. We had a beautiful dark haired sweet waitress. She made sure we never had empty drinks and we didn’t wait for anything else asked. Like extra sauces. The owners greeted us as they passed. Even seen the cook. Family ran for sure. A lot of love in the food & service.

We originally found this place when we were visiting town for our son’s football game and had an incredible experience. Based on that, we decided to take the whole family back (little over an hour drive) to grab lunch…and the food, atmosphere, staff did not disappoint. Everything is fresh and flavorful, you can taste the high quality ingredients and attention to detail in the food. We had burgers, chicken sandwiches, wraps, wings and all were delicious—Everything we had we loved! On to top it all off, this is a family owned and operated business with the proprietors being amazing and friendly people. Will make this place a regular destination!

Excellent service at this family owned and family-friendly restaurant in Parowan, Utah.
The food is also fresh and very tasteful.

We had the philly cheese steak and their own flat fries. Their sauce and fries had so much flavor, and their signature fry sauce was amazing.

My brother had smash burger tacos. Who would have thought of such a wonderful idea, but he went on and on about how much flavor and taste it had.

My son had a western burger with curly fries, and he loved it.

Small town, big flavor and amazing food! They gave accommodations for gluten free needs. The gluten free bun was delicious. The server was kind in pointing out options for me. They have a dedicated fryer.

Stopped in after skiing Brian Head and loved everything about this diner. Food was excellent and the service and hospitality was even better. I had the homemade brisket chili and corn bread. Soo good! My son had the Mac and cheese bites and homemade ranch sauce. Have never seen him in at so fast. He wanted to take the extra ranch home with him. We purchased some homemade lemon squares for the ride home. We will definitely be stopping in again while in the area. Thanks for the great dining experience.

We’re passing through but stumbled across this fantastic diner! We ordered some Gyros, a Bacon Swiss Mushroom Burger, Chicken Alfredo, and kids pizza. The food was great, whole family was pleased. My husband and I especially enjoyed the Gyros. The service was kind. If we lived nearby, we would be regular customers. If we vacation nearby again, we’ll return.
