Earlier today I stopped into Takeoff Nutrition in Elk River for the first time. The owner Mel and her dog Hero were very kind and welcoming. I stepped back for about 5 minutes and looked at the menu. Mel gave me a break down of the different things on the menu. She was very helpful! The atmosphere was very uplifting and laid back. The building was also very clean. There was no rush to make up my mind on what I wanted. Finally I asked her to surprise me with a shake and tea she enjoyed. Still she asked questions to see what my preferences were. You can tell she cares about her customers and business. I will definitely stop back again!
Most importantly the shake and teas were both great and reasonably priced! She even asked me to try them before I left to make sure I was satisfied. Great customer service.

Amazing teas and shakes! I love that they are a “naked” shake shop with no added products, strictly Herbalife. I love that they have weekly and monthly “limited edition” specials to change it up! Pricing is better than other Herbalife shake shops

Couple who owns the place were arguing about personal affairs in front of customers. Female owner seemed to be drunk or on drugs of some sort and had a hard time standing up straight. Smelled like alcohol. Made for a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Would not return. Can’t understand how this place is still in business.
