I don’t go inside the store, hence no stars for environment. Best food I’ve ever had from any Dominos, Staff is always pleasant and I witnessed them staying calm and courteous when an irate customer was being neither. Bravo night manager and crew. Think about seeing how many people are working in the store and making sure they all get some tips! I spent 22 bucks and left a 5 dollar tip, a buck for each worker and they all thanked me

Went in ordered and paid. I waited the twenty minutes. Went up and asked if it was ready. I was informed it was just about to come out of the oven.
Wait another 10 minutes, went back up to the counter I was then informed it had already been served. I told the young lady I had not received my pizza please look again. This time another girl asked if I had been helped, explained what was going on. She went to the rack that the other two had looked and there was my pizza the whole time. She then proceeded to try to charge me again. By now my pizza was cold and my temper was heating up as I have now been waiting an hour for my pizza. The Domino’s on Washington needs help.

This specific store has been extremely inconsistent. Manager is pretty rude, and wrong/incomplete orders have been delivered multiple times. Complained to the corporate email line twice now, which claims that the issue will be forwarded on to the franchisee. Either it’s getting lost somewhere, or the franchisee doesn’t give a crap about customer satisfaction, because neither complaint was ever followed up on. As I write this review, I’m missing a quarter of my order and the manager says it’ll take at least 40 minutes to get the rest of my order, no apology, nothing to make up for it. Avoid this store until the franchise figures their crap out.

I purchased 2 medium pizzas, one cheese and one Mearzza. I used the pickup window. When I arrived home and opened the boxes BOTH pizzas were burnt. I also bought the pepperoni cheesy bread, though it wasn’t burnt it was tough. We ate half of the food and gave up. I am shocked that they allowed those to walk out there door. In hindsight I wish I had taken a photo to share. Even though that is the store closest to my house, I doubt I will return there. I am one who generally only leaves positive feedback but when I awoke the next day I was still irritated and decided to get it off my chest. In case management wants to look up my order it was order number 660 on Saturday 8/26 and my pickup time was roughly 6:15 PM.

I am a huge pizza fan, and love visiting dozens of great, unique local pizza joints. But I really like this Dominos for a chain restaurant. The service has always been great, the pizzas are usually pretty good, they have great specials for value-minded folks like me, and the rewards you can earn on their app are a great perk.

Horrible customer service. I was told 20 minutes for a pick up order. Nobody comes to the window. I had to wait a hour for two medium pizza’s. The manager was screaming at the employees and the employees had dirty looks on their face the entire time.

Cake Bake
WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK! I placed an online order and used the tracker and it said it was ready. All I ordered was bread! I went to the window and they said it would be another 10 minutes and I’m like then why does it say ready? No answer. I wait 10 minutes then go back in and this time “It still has another 5 minutes.” By this time, my lunch was about over and I’m like just for some bread? There is no excuse for this whatsoever. And thanks for ruining my lunch plans as I had to rush back to work!
