I recommend the Take Your Seat Bowl, which comes with rice, egg, veggie, and your choice of protein.
Very kid-friendly with a large outdoor patio and cute kid drinks like Milo Dinosaur.

Although the pancakes are delicious, the big five and breakfast sandwich are ok. Felt like small portions for the price. The Spanish Latte was not very memorable, very bland. The wait time for 2 people was 30 minutes. The wait time for food was over 45 minutes (pancakes came out at 45 and rest of the food came out at 50).

The ‘Big Five’ could be better. The potatoes felt a bit like frozen ones with salty seasoning, the sausage was on the sweeter side, and the scrambled eggs’ texture was a bit off. It would be great to have Tapatio hot sauce available. The Basque cheesecake was okay.

First time here. Brother found it on Google maps and we decided to give it a try.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the hostess. She had such a lovely attitude, made you feel welcome as soon as you walked in.
They do have your typical breakfast plated but they also have fusion plates. The cloud pancakes and their specialty fries looked so good.
Although we did not order that. My brother ordered the Spam Rice Bowl, and I ordered the Belly 2 Belly Rice Bowl. I had dental work done and can’t eat hard crispy meat. I asked if they could make the meat softer and they were so kind enough to make it that way.
My plate was super delicious and so flavorful. We also ordered the U2 Cheesy which is a brioche bun grilled cheese and it comes with fries.
I was worried about it being to hard but it was so soft and the fries were so good.
The waitresses are so nice and very attentive. They do come around often to make sure you are not in need of anything.
I highly recommend this restaurant. If you’re looking for something unique but delicious then this is the place for you.

2nd time visiting, it was super cold for us inside so the waittress was amazingly nice enough to save us a table outside. We’re old. Lol. The food was delicious. My favorite dish was The TUS fries… OMG 3 days later and I want to go buy them again. Also the coffee, horchata coffee. Delicious. Staff was super friendly. 10+ for this place.
