It takes good but is it really that difficult to fit the meat and cheese in bread?

Ordered a bbq ranch chicken wrap. I watched the line cook get the order wrong. She made a salad, complete with croutons and olives. She was made aware by her mistake, then dumped the salad in the wrap with a drizzle of BBQ sauce, no ranch. Tasted nothing but lettuce and the wrap. Not worth the wait or the price.

In Fallon for work… Was looking for something easy without leaving base and Take Five was one of just several spots to grab a quick lunch. Typical diner food menu with some decent looking salad options. I had the Mushroom Swiss burger with a side of rings… Burger was good but the would’ve been really good had the bun been toasted. Rings were solid. With few other options on base, Take Five is pretty solid.

Worst experience I’ve had at an establishment in a very long time. Everything was terrible from the staff, to cleanliness, and don’t get me started on the quality of food I was served. All things considered, my expectations of naval facilities are pretty humble, but this place is not it. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t return.

It’s about what you’d expect from the Navy, very medium food at just a little higher price point than it’s actually worth, to make you think that it’s an upgrade from the actual galley food. It *is* strange that a US-run cafe on a US Navy station won’t accept US dollars. I’d avoid it if you can, but the fact that you’re on Fallon in the first place means you probably can’t.

First I want to start with the food. It’s good enough and I have no problem with it. However, I do have a major problem with the staff. The menu is often incorrect I will ask for a daily meal and not get what is posted on the menu for that day. Leading into the second problem. Not only do they just sit on there phones, their professionalism is lacking, often times a young female employee will have attitude with myself every time I go there. She hands me my food and I follow up with a nice thank you but of course doesn’t respond to me however, she will say your welcome to the person right next to me. This leaves me questioning if any training was put in place for them. Would not recommend this place for anyone. There are several food places who have employees that work for less money but have 2X the respect for the customers.Until employees are more respectful and more knowledgeable of their own menu and how it works I will not be eating here.

Good food and pretty fast during a meal rush. The bar hours are wrong and that’s the most disappointing part. Despite saying they’re open from 1800-2200 I was told they’re only open Friday and Saturday depending on how many people show up. Don’t expect to have a beer and do any work or relax on a weekday.

Prices are going up. For a sandwich and a coffee $9.60. Surprising food on base costs this much. Service is a little slow. Staff is super cool and professional.

The food is pretty good at a descent price. Around 4-7 dollars for breakfast and 6-10 dollars for lunch and dinner.
