We had the opportunity to try the ramen at Takara ramen bar! It was so lovely! The ramen was savoury and warm. Bulgogi fries were great (a little more bulgogi would have been amazing), the young woman who was tending to all the tables was speedy and delightful to have as the leading lady! The kitchen was steaming and sounded like the chefs back there were enjoying themselves which made for a great atmopshere!

Love this place! Super flavorful broth and a wonderful ramen bar.
Eating in is better, but if you order to go they have this smart container to keep noodles and broth separate.
Tonkatsu ramen was creamy and rich and savory.

Very delicious food, it was our first time here, it was recommended by a friend and it was definitely worth it! Food came in a decent amount of time and the prices were all pretty fair for the amount of good, quality food that you get

Noodles on the ramen are perfect, not soggy, flavourful soup.
Crispy Chicken with onion cream is a must try. Overall great experience with attentive staff.

Everything about this place is amazing, it’s one of the best meals I’ve had in Canada and easily the best ramen in the area. You can tell everything is made in house and there’s a lot of care that goes into it. Everything is worth the price.

Best miso soup in town is here, so you know the rest of the food is amazing as well. Ive been here several times and haven’t been disappointed by any of the appetizers, particularly the Takoyaki and the Crispy Tofu, and any of the main dishes that I have had, be it with noodles or rice or pork or beef has all been enjoyable as well.

Stopped in for some ramen and appetizers and we were throughly impressed with the appetizers. The crispy, spicy tofu was top notch, we had the Ebi fry and the deep fried gyoza and both were terrific. I was a little disappointed in the ramen, it was drastically under seasoned, I had to add several tablespoons of Japanese 7 spice, quite a bit of salt, and pepper. Overall a decent experience but it would have been nice to have some condiments on the table to season the ramen.

This place is far beyond our expectations. Highly recommend.
As a person who came from Asia where there are plenty of Japanese Restaurants and has been to Japan a couple of times. This Ramen is pretty much one of the best we have tried in Canada, even better than places we tried in Edmonton.
You will also easily notice how this ‘Tonkotsu’ which is Pork Bone based soup is very thick and smell really good.
Fried chicken is also crispy and very tasty. They have Wednesday night chicken wings, so don’t miss your chance to enjoy one of the best ramen and the crispiness of these chicken wings.
