Absolutely horrible service. I simply ordered the same thing I order at every pizza hut which was a melt with just cheese and sausage in it. The rocket engineer behind the counter tells me they only come in 3 flavors, meat lovers and 2 more flavors. I have mixed feeling about this Pizza Hut. The young lady at the front counter was outstanding, friendly, funny and good then things go wrong. The food was great, we had pizza and bread sticks. That being said, when we arrived our pizza was missing. When found they said a delivery man had taken it by mistake. We were told he was at the light a block away from the store. 10 to 15 minutes later he showed up. One of our two pizzas was not hot and the bread sticks looked like they had been upside down at some point. They handed them to us and thought we would take them. We said no and they made new ones. The food was great.

We were craving for chicken wings and we decided to order Chicken wings online and picked it from the store. We ordered classic chicken wings with garlic parmesan spicy sauce. The order was ready in 15 minutes and we picked up the order. The wings were hot and delicious. We loved the wings.

I walked in. Alarms went off and I waited for service for a REALLY, REALLY long time. I finally left and went to Jimmy John’s. It was great. As I was on my way home I finally reached Pizza Hut and they told me they saw me but refused service because there was only one employee and he couldn’t cope. The one delivery driver was gone so he couldn’t help. I only wanted breadsticks and they couldn’t even be bothered with that.

12:30 AM. Unfortunately, both times, the pizza was not properly cooked and was poorly prepared. Today, I had to throw away the entire pizza due to its quality. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this place for pizza orders.

I typically order to my home rather than go, and I can confidently say that they are consistent with how they make their food, it comes out just as good as the last every single time, props where it is due tbf.

I have visited this location twice in the same amount of weeks. I happen to discover it, even though I’ve driven by it countless times over the past year. I will say this establishment has a systematic approach to their operations. It is not a dine-in environment; however, it is clean, friendly staff, and the operation from order to food delivered (finished) is without incident. I honestly love the personal pan pizza’s :-). I highly recommend this location, it is in the shopping center with McDonalds and Starbucks (right as you turn into the shopping center area on the right side). Pizza taste amazing!
