I was lucky enough to get to dine at Taj Mahal Masala with my parents on a Saturday afternoon, and it was absolutely a triumph and a pleasure. My parents and brother have enjoyed it before, but this was my initial visit, and it lived up to and exceeded the significant hype. The restaurant is beautifully appointed inside, and the service and the team could not have been better. The mango lassi was an absolute dream, and I was quite impressed with the drink list, specifically the beer selection – great Indian and Nepalese options, from the delicious known to some really cool special options! We started with the vegetable samosas and the samosa chaat, both of which were amazing. Flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and not at all greasy. All of our entrees were fabulous, and the naan was absolutely perfect. I stuck with the Indian selections, although next time I think I might try some of the Nepalese options! The menu is diverse and fantastic – really unique and wonderful. Prices were great. We were lucky enough to get to spend some time with the owner, who couldn’t have been more lovely and personable. This establishment is not only a wonderful addition to the Treasure Coast dining community, but is a beautiful treat to all who get to dine there. I’m looking forward to my return visit so we can go back! Highest possible recommendation, and thank you for always taking such wonderful care of our family. Yum!

The service was top-tier, and the owner even came to our table to check on us, such a nice touch that made the experience feel personal.
Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Indian food. You can really feel the difference with the new ownership, they care.

Absolutely incredible Indian food right here in Vero Beach! We ordered the lamb biryani and butter masala chicken with garlic naan—and every bite was packed with rich, authentic flavor. Easily some of the best Indian food we’ve had anywhere. The heat level is no joke—we asked for “hot” and it was seriously spicy (in the best way)! The service was just as memorable: the owner personally refilled our water and even brought out house-made yogurt and mango lassi when the spice kicked in. A top-tier dining experience all around. We’re lucky to have this gem in town!

Absolutely amazing Indian food! Every dish was full of rich flavor and cooked perfectly. You can really taste the freshness and care that goes into each meal. The spices were well balanced, the portions were generous, and everything we ordered was delicious from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I lived in India for work for a short while, and traveled around the country more over the years for work.
Indian food is all about freshness, and fresh spices. The new menu here is amazing North Indian dishes, clearly made fresh, with fresh spices, like fresh curry leaves.
Amazing flavors. Perfect Naan. Reminded me of being back in India.

Wow! We’ve looked high and low for good Indian cuisine. This place was great! I got the chicken curry thali for lunch and it was out of this world good! And so much food. The staff is super attentive. Give them a try!

We couldn’t really remember the last time we had Indian food. We heard good things about Taj Mahal so we thought we would give it a try. We loved it. We shared Tikka Masala, Mahal Chicken Tikka and Chicken Fried Rice plus the Garlic Naan bread. Their use of spices and herbs creates wonderfully aromatic and profound, vibrant flavors. We will definitely return. The service was friendly and excellent too. I took off one star for Atmosphere because of the walk from the parking lot behind the building to the actual restaurant. But the inside is clean and bright, and there was pleasant indian music on low volume in the background. We know very little about Indian cuisine, so we are not the right people to comment on authenticity. What we can say is that we are very happy that we have this unique food option in Vero to enjoy from time to time.
