Taj Flavors of India in Aurora is truly a gem. I had just come back from India and was craving authentic Indian food, and this place absolutely delivered. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared that everything was just right. The food was simply amazing. Every dish had rich, balanced flavor and tasted freshly made with care. You could tell the spices were thoughtfully prepared and the recipes came from real tradition.
One of my favorite parts of the meal was the chai. It was served separately in a small kettle, which I loved because it felt personal and comforting. You pour it yourself and it’s enough for about two cups. They let you add your own sugar, which made it even better since you could enjoy it exactly how you like it. The chai was hot, fragrant, and full of that perfect mix of spice and sweetness that reminds you of home.
Taj Flavors of India is one of those rare places that captures the heart of authentic Indian cooking with great service and care. I left completely satisfied and can’t wait to return.

We went here for lunch, order buffet and food was excellent. Manager Ajit does a great job by treating their customers. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Ambience is super nice and entire place was very neat and clean. Definitely try their mango cooler, virgin mojito and their dessert Hot choco lava cake

I’ve been here a few times. First visit: okay. Second visit: bad. And today? Absolutely unacceptable.
The staff and atmosphere are fine, but the food is horrible. The goat biryani I got today was not fresh, the meat smelled bad, the rice was old, and it tasted awful. For the prices you charge, this is unbelievably poor quality.
There’s a lack of good Indian food in this area. Please, management, focus on food quality…because right now it’s failing badly.
I’m frustrated. I’m done coming here. I’m not writing this to shame your store publicly, I’m writing so management knows how bad the food is. If you care about your restaurant, fix your food quality immediately.

I was greeted by Sumana with amazing hospitality! The butter chicken and the chicken biryani along with the garlic nun bread hit the spot! Will definitely be visiting again for a round 2 of food coma!

This place is devine, delicious and a flavorful delight!! I needed to try their buffet so I could taste all they had to offer. A fantastic replacement to the previous business that used to be here. Very attentive and kind staff, the food was very flavorful and spice levels were mild. There were issues with the steam table for the buffet but they got it sorted out, getting the food hot. The included naan and gulab jamun was very appreciated as well! We will be back again for sure!

Atmosphere was warm, updated and inviting. Waitress was curious. Food was delicious, authentic and didn’t disappoint. Takeout and sit-down dining available. Menu had variety, whole family had an option. Don’t miss out. Worth a try!
