We ordered catering from Taj Express aka Mr. Pamma and requested that snacks be ready by 9 AM, followed by lunch. However, they didn’t arrive until 10:15 AM and repeatedly gave false ETAs. I will never do business with them again— they almost ruined our family event.

Never ever again order food with this place. One of our life most important memories turned this to a nightmare. My life worst experience. My experience is Horrific and horrible.
Owner is irresponsible and untrustworthy. We ordered food almost month in advance for large gathering and he totally ignored the order and forgot to deliver the food i have ordered for the event. We discussed all the details with him previous day even after that how he can forget to deliver the food?
When food did not arrive even after 8.30 PM, we called about 25 times and sent him so many messages and he did not bother to pick up my phone or return my messages.
Almost 75% of our guest left the event with out having dinner and for remaining guests last minutes at 10.30 PM we ordered pizza and biryanis from other places.
I would never never ever recommend this place to anyone. You may message me if you need more details about my experience

This may be the best Indian food spot iv gotten food from around here. We ordered for my mom’s 50th birthday party, 30 people worth of food and we still had left overs. Price was exceptional along with customer service and the food was outstanding. Paaji thank you! We loved it.

I know this restaurant closed a few years back and since has turned into a catering business. I never got a chance to dine here so am speaking of my phone experience regarding catering only.
I called the number provided on their website because I was interested in getting food catered for a party. When I called, a guy answered it. I told him about the party and that I just wanted to know what the menu items were and their pricing respectively (none of this info is available on their website). He told me twice that he would text me about this info within a short amount of time. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him.
I was looking forward to possibly using this catering service because I knew someone who had used them before and I had liked their food. But due to this person’s lack of communication, rushed phone manner, and extreme disinterest, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
So if you are interested in getting food catered, I would definitely recommend looking somewhere else.

We like the fact that the food is very authentic and is home like. If you have to try this place, try their cocktail samosas, their punjabi kadi is amazing, their chicken curry, eggplant, cauliflower and potato dry vegetable, all of them are really really good. And the cottage cheese is so soft! Very reasonable too. Good for party catering.

Worst food , worst service , worst attitudes of owners / helpers. They openly claim regardless pathetic service they offer , people still come due to cheap rates . If you order food make sure when you go for pickup go at least 2 hours before , guess why? because they believe in cooking “fresh” aka they will start cooking your order only when you show up to pick the food
