It said Open Sunday 11:00 – 8:00 with OPEN in Red letters. Drove 70 miles round trip & they were Closed! Will Never waste my time & gas again.
They need to hire someone who knows how to prepare and cook a steak because neither of our steaks had any flavor and they were no where near tender. There were ordered medium and they came to the table more rare and 1 was sent back 3 times and it still wasn’t cooked right.
1 person in the party had a strawberry daiquiri and it was served in a decorative water glass with whip cream on top.
We will not be going back to this place, its gone to far down hill
Went again on 1/21/2023 and the food and service was horrible. Wait staff couldn’t get a very basic order correct, and the food served was terrible. Half of the order wasn’t correct.
“Ribeye” steaks were actually thin and dry sandwich steak and were ordered medium but were served very well done and were like boot leather and nearly unable to be cut with a knife (see picture). Waitress struggled with basic spoken communication and seemed impaired and was unable to take a very basic steak and potato order.
A year ago the place had quality food and service, but has nose-dived terribly since that time. Little to none of the original menu was offered, mostly frozen deep fried garbage and burgers. I will not go back ever, complete waste of both time and money. Sad to watch another restaurant join the giant heap of failed and closed places all likely due to unwillingness to pay appropriate wages to maintain quality kitchen staff and retain diners to be able to afford quality food to serve.
Unfortunately, food quality and service have continued to go downhill the last several visits here. Party of two, had a ribeye steak and salmon this visit. The steak was overcooked (ordered medium, received medium well) and very, very tough and about 30% inedible fat. The salmon was cooked fine, but had zero seasoning and did not come with a sauce per the menu description. Service was poor. Had to ask staff about 7 times to even get what we ordered, no steak knife to cut the leather like steak, no dinner rolls, no drink refills, no plates for appetizers (ridiculously small portion of greasy, twice cooked mushrooms for the price…about a dollar per each quarter sized cap), no napkins, and so on. No dishes were removed from our table the entire meal until the end. Went to the restroom near the kitchen area and the smell of marijuana coming from the kitchen was quite apparent and possibly part of the problem. Probably not returning, and suggest would-be patrons find another place to dine.
