Got food to go. Told it was gonna take 15-20 min. Took 35 min.
Got five wings, mango habanero. The Philly cheesesteak with fries.
The wings- no flavor (watery sauce) and hard to eat. Hard to bite into. Just hard.
The Philly- (I asked for steak. But received chicken) the chicken was dry. And the fries were mushy. Everything looked cooked.
The blonde lady at the front was nice and helped me out right away. Was busy due to football games. And staff was unhelpful except for the lady at the front.

Hands down amazing pizza! Full of flavor and exactly what I was looking for. The wings and fries were just as good/crispy, tasty, and cooked perfectly. I’d say best in town, but I’ve still got more to try. Either way, this place nailed it. Simply well done!

I ordered a primo cookies for to-go, waited about 10 minutes for it which was expected. I didnt have to wait to get help with my order, great service on that.I was very excited to eat only to open up the container and found that the cookie was raw and only the ends were cooked. What I waste of $13.

I order el primo twice weekly for my family and I. Every single order I have ordered has arrived right on time or earlier than I expected. The pizza is always hot and the wings always fresh. I can’t believe how fast they deliver! I’ve only visited once to dine inside. And it was to talk to the manager about a missing two liter and a missed topping on one of my pizzas that month. They gave my family and I our entire dinner on the house. Including a round of beers. They are a very generous and courteous restaurant. I’m someone who complains of something is missing or wrong and every single time they are just so polite, kind, and generous to make it right. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review but seriously, they are my favorite restaurant in Prescott valley and having 2 sons and a husband, I adore the ability to call and know I have the night off of cooking and kitchen duty because they are reliable and we ALWAYS get our moneys worth. I recommend the XL pizza and 30 wing combo here. An amazing price and will feed the entire family plus lunch the next day with incredible service.

Very friendly staff, quick service and a very calm atmosphere. Tons of tvs showing every sport imaginable. Ordered the French Dip Hogie that was not my favorite, but a lot of the food looked really tasty. They have a great selection of beers on tap. Prices are moderate and they do have daily specials.

Went in 10 mins before 7 to order some happy hour beers and appetizers along with dinner. Waitress didnt come take our order till 7:02pm and we asked if we could still get happy hour drinks since we had to wait for nearly ,15 min and she said no so we left. We usually go here on Thursday but not any more. Manager didn’t offer to take my number of comp drinks for next time we come in to keep our business (which we have spend a decent amount here). Bummer.

I came here for what I thought was great dinner with my family. My waitress was great and so was all the service. Until Eddie showed up to my table. A very creepy man who claimed to be the manager. I couldn’t imagine who in their right mind made him that position. He was very strange and made my daughters very uncomfortable. I would not recommend coming here. STAY AWAY

One of our repeat visits (04/2022): the brownie was good although it needed more ice cream and chocolate syrup, and the cheesecake was amazing!
Quick update (05/11/2024): Tildy (?) was an incredible waitress. I was there for a group event, 40 people, and it was chaotic. She and the other waitress handled it all AMAZINGLY!
My only complaint is that the music / speaker system is sometimes just too loud.
Another repeat visit (06/2022) – Christa you were great! Fun, engaging, helpful, and patient. Thank you!!

Decent food — we waited a long time for our drinks. Our waitress was pleasant, but ditsy. She switched away from the game we were clearly watching at the request of another customer when their requested game was available on another screen. Hard to say we had a great time under these circumstances!
