Dining at Taichi Bubble Tea – Poke Bowl & Ramen was an outstanding experience. The place is beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with a modern and welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay and enjoy your meal.
The food is absolutely delicious. The poke bowls are incredibly fresh, perfectly balanced, and made with high-quality ingredients. Portions are generous, and every bite is full of flavor and clearly prepared with care.
Service was fast and friendly, and everything was well presented. It’s a great spot to enjoy a relaxed meal, whether you’re coming alone or with family.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The ramen is beyond delicious—comforting, flavorful, and made with love. The bubble tea is always so refreshing and perfectly made, and the rice balls are seriously addictive. The service is always so kind and attentive, you feel completely taken care of every time you come in. The owners are the sweetest people! The atmosphere is beautiful, cozy, and has such a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you never want to leave. I’m already excited for my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing food & drinks.

I’ve always enjoyed this place, but today’s experience was disappointing. I ordered a fruit tea with tapioca and selected 50% sugar, then added a note asking for around 70%, sweet, but not overly sweet. I’ve been to other boba places where 100% sugar is way too much, so I thought specifying 70% would help. Sugar levels taste different depending on the place, so I just wanted it slightly sweet, not plain, but not overly sugary either. The drink I received had no sweetness at all and tasted like flavored water. I actually felt bad going back to ask, because I know it was a long and busy day, but I also didn’t want to leave with a drink I couldn’t enjoy. When I politely asked if a little more sugar could be added, the employee looked annoyed and whispered to her coworker about how it should’ve just been 100% sugar. It felt like my note wasn’t even read. She “remade” it using the same drink, said it was now 100%, but somehow it tasted the same and a little bit more bitter. I wasn’t rude or demanding, I was just asking for the drink to be made correctly based on the order. I’ve worked in customer service before as a barista, and when something was made wrong, we always remade it properly without attitude. The way this was handled was disappointing, and it honestly changed how I feel about this place.

Omg I love this place! First time here and can say their service is amazing, food was fresh and plentiful! Ambiance was nice and the music was soothing with modern hype decoration. We ordered through the kiosk and they started making our food as soon as we placed the order. She brought the food to our table in a nice & caring way. My new favorite spot!

Food is very delicious but portion size is small for the price. Sushi roll should be smaller than a sushi burrito, but they are the same size for about double the price. Bubble tea is delicious and everything else is great!
