Since I can’t really find pictures from the spot, I will have to update this review later. This spot in Danbury is absolutely fantastic. They have fresh bagels and fresh bread daily. All of the meat is boars head and it is cut fresh every time you order. I love the chicken cutlet sandwich as well as all of the delicious deli meat variety sandwiches that they offer. They also offer size and other options for folks who are not big on sandwiches like a salad loaded up. The staff is always super friendly and the line always moves quickly. Yes there is always a line because this place is that good. Some nights I will visit and grab a sandwich to go so I can have it for dinner later. Check out the pictures on the walls for some celebrities who have visited or worked there over the years. If this spot is not on your radar, it should be. It is easy on easy off the highway and about a four minute drive from the exit. Believe me this place is worth it. These are some of the best sandwiches you can get.

Best bacon egg and cheese in the area. Have that with a great iced coffee and it’s a great way to start the day. They have a really intuitive app too so it’s easy to just order and run in to pick it up on the go.

While the food may be delicious, CHECK YOUR ONLINE ORDERS! This is third time I have ordered online and my extra items were forgotten.While I was certainly charged for them, they were missing from the order. The first couple of times I have blamed it on the busy time of day, but the third time now seems redundant and honestly, rude. I can’t say this has happened from nearby delis and establishments the way it’s now consistently expected from this Bagelman location. The convenience of ordering online is great, but it’s at your expense if you don’t check your orders. Pick your poison, wait on the line in store to ensure your order is written correctly, or expect missing items you’ll still be charged for when having the convenience of ordering online.

I would like to leave a negative experience about the horrible customer service I received this morning from “Yeni” who is supposedly the assistant manager. Bagel man should be ashamed of the customer service that she provided. I online ordered two coffees (which came out great) and two egg sandwiches. On one egg sandwich we requested a sausage egg and cheese with a hashbrown. One one sandwich we requested a bacon egg and cheese.

Great sandwiches and wraps. The latte is surprisingly good as well. Baked sweet goodies were just okay, we tried the muffin, scone, and cinnamon cake. Will definitely be back.
