Ordered pad thai, Mongolian beef, and kp chicken lunch specials. Pad thai was the worst I’ve ever tasted. Bland, overcooked, fake chicken, and cooked in a fake sugary sauce. Both pad thai and kp chicken were bland. Luckily, the Mongolian beef and chicken fried rice that came with our meals was delicious, but I will never order from this restaurant again. Called to complain about the pad thai and the lady that picked up did not refund me, acted in completed defensiveness and hung up the phone. Incredibly rude service.

Me and my co workers ended up buying some padthai and I surely can say it isthe worse PADTHAIS I ever had. Noodles were so smooshy the dressing seem it was from sweet and sour chicken . Im coming back for my money today

Wife and I work 10 hrs today so no time and tired to cook. Decided to order for to go for dinner, unfortunately the chicken with vegetable smells spoiled and the chicken meat was mushy. Called the store a Chinese lady answered and was rude, told my wife go back to store so they could check it. My wife went back to their restaurant when we should be eating already. The Chinese lady was rude with no customer service, Chinese men came out and said it was not the meat it is the gravy which is spoiled. The lady was still rude and would like to imply that it is our fault that the food got spoiled . After the long argument they decided to change the food with no apology, no customer recovery…did not even give us extra fortune cookies for the trouble. Do not go here to eat and order food…spare your self from worst customer service and spoiled food

Tai San is the best Chinese food around!! Been going here for years. Lots of different options on their menu. Food is always fresh and ready with in 15-20 min after ordering. Service is always great also!!! Don’t be shy and give them a try!!

Definitely better than any other chinese restaurant we have had in the area. The mongolian beef was tender and flavorful. The sesame chicken was not as crispy as we like but it could be because we ordered takeout and it was steaming in the container. Enjoyed the food very much and will definitely be back to try other dishes.

I order pad Thai and asked for not spicy (I didn’t want heartburn) then i order happy family Mongolian beef, beef lo mien. When i hot home nothing had flavor and everything had no kick to it. Then each entree had barely any meat and only noodles.

Quality of food has tanked in the past year, service even worse. Incorrect take out orders despite making them repeat the order, also consistently forgetting things that have been ordered and paid for. Very argumentative when called to complain, zero customer service. Want you to come back to pick up what they forgot. No concern if your order will be cold and gross. But so generously offer to ” give you free eggroll next time”. Of note, wanted the order that was incomplete due to their incompetence replaced, not the full take out order. Skip them completely.
