I live right around the corner and should have tried out Tad’s years ago, but I looked at the menu online yesterday and it looked great. I figured that I would try a rueben, and if it met expectations, I’d be back. I won’t be back. I want my reuben to be a hot, gooey mess. But it was not hot and there was no goo. I want the bread toasted, as in crunchy. The bread was soggy. I would like to think some pride went into making it. All the sauerkraut was in the middle of the sandwich, with nothing on the ends. Just plunked there. No effort. No pride. No repeat business.

The meal was fantastic and hit the spot. A little less engaged then I prefer not being use to the place and such. When I don’t really know what to order I like to be engaged so I can tell them what I like and there for they order for me as to what would be the closest. Still. Great food.
