I’ve been coming here for 11 years and it’s been awhile since I’ve eaten from here and the food still tastes great.I love the variety of hot coffee options and an aray of different cold drinks to choose from. You can basically have lunch and breakfast here. There’s also options for the clean eaters. ACAI BOWLS, OATMEAL, SALADS, SMOOTHIES, FRESH FRUITS AND MORE. Music was great ❤️.

Great strawberry cream cheese rainbow bagel. Dining area tho just needed to be cleaned a little, a lot of breadcrumbs underneath the fridges across from the tables can be seen when sitting down.. something the staff should take more into consideration when time is available from behind the counter.

Decided an everything bagel with butter was what I wanted for breakfast this morning. I’ve never been here before but I would definitely return the next time I’m in the area. The coffee was good as well. Parking was an issue. The lot entrance is on a side street before the store.

There was hair baked INTO my bagel! You can see it on top, I could not scrape it off so it didn’t just fall onto the bagel. As I examined it, I found more and more hair all over the bagel. This is absolutely disturbing I didn’t even realize, until after I had started eating it.

This place needs to do better . I went there for chicken cutlet sandwich and that chicken was really old it was like purple color I couldn’t even get a bite of it. I paid almost 20 dollars for something went straight to garage I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s a lot of places way better around

I really like their bagels, and I’ve been coming here for 5 years, but lately the service has dipped. Last week I had the person waiting on me stop to help another customer while in the process of ringing me up, then hand my food to that customer. I’m glad that customer checked their order before leaving, as he’d walked with my burnt bagel. On that note, the toaster is also on overdrive, so the past two bagels have been burnt, as in I’ve had to scrape the black off burnt. I think I’m done with Brendel’s for awhile.
