Very dissatisfied and unhappy with my order, especially because im pregnant and was truly craving your food. I received cold tacos with no salsa nor was asked and didn’t receive extra tortillas. I ordered charro beans but received mostly liquid. The packing was horrible. I also didn’t receive any utensils and napkins.

It has been a while. Sirloin tacos and ‘refried’ beans. Sirloin tasted like boiled pieces of beef, fat included. No more of the tasty clean sirloin beef. Beans were semi smashed, no salt. Food was tasteless. Drinks’ area has extra good choices, the problem is that drinks area not working cause of content or empty! Don’t touch anything in dining room area, pretty sticky! Manage/supervisor, lead person? standing by meals pick up too busy socializing, talking, and delivering some of plates to table. But forgetting how to manage food appealing, refilling stations, and cleaning. Paid over $16 for tasteless food. Did not dare stop at restrooms

The food is amazing! But the drive thru experience is horrible. They have the oldest intercom system and I had to practically shout at the speakers. They made me order at the window and then sent a guy outside to write the orders by hand. It’s 2023 do better on your drive thru service. You can only fit 3 cars in the drive thru before you start blocking the main road. Also food takes forever at the drive thru. I ordered Saturday July 22, 2023 at 2:25pm I was there till 2:50 pm. The wait was way too long.
