Beef crisps were tasty! Only one other suggestion/request …. The cinnamon sugar crustos were more like *plain tortilla chips….also one of our bags was overcooked and almost burnt…. and they barely had any cinnamon sugar on them at all? No joke, I was literally sorting through all the chips looking for any with cinnamon sugar. What ones I did find, had next to nothing on them?… Man, when I was a kid they used to be amazing and loaded with cinnamon sugar at taco time…. Anyways the customer service was nice! Would return!

Food was awful. No one in there minus the employees & my friend and myself. The salad was missing almost everything & the chicken was pea sized little shreds unlike other places we’ve ordered. My food was just unreal. I could have went back & made the food myself. The woman working there said that this Taco Time makes their own items- yet I ordered my typical that I get at any Taco Time. My crispy beef burrito was overcooked yet still greasy. Added a taco & there really wasn’t anything on it. Okay- TWO CUSTOMERS! How do you mess everything up but the drinks? Tots were ok- compared to… yet seemed to have been sitting out for the day then reheated. Had to go back 3 times to keep asking for missing items on the salad. Hardly any cheese & was creepier than my picture. It was around dinner time, completely quiet with no line & everything but the drinks were bad. I’d never had a bad experience with Taco Time until I went to this one. Overpriced for garbage… Definitely won’t be going back. I heard the others were pretty good in town.

The food was cold it would have gotten 1 star for the soft beef burrito however the jalapeño cheddar tots are really good and those were hot and fresh. With all the Mexican food choices. It is doubtful I will return.

They always get my order wrong I asked for crisp chicken and pork and they gave me a meat and pork. I than went back to let them know and the manager said there going to have To still charge me for my crisp chicken I didn’t get. She Said they will give me. 10% so I said ok yea well let me get the crisp pork with that 10% off and they gave me a crisp chicken. This isn’t the first time I had this problem with them. And the manager doesn’t make it right she argues with the customer instead Definitely not going back anymore.

We were greeted with a smile and a “Welcome” the minute we walked in the door. No wait. Tables and floors spotless. Drink and condiment area spotless. Restrooms spotless. Temp in building didn’t freeze you out – it was very comfortable. Pleasant surprise on our way through Yakima!

Signs read lobby hours until 8pm, arrived at 6:35pm on June 9th 2025 and 7:25 on June 2nd 2025. Both time lobby doors locked unable to order. And before someone says driver thru the drive thru. Im driving a Simi-truck. So will not fit.

They were really friendly and seemed genuinely happy to take our order. When we got our food the mexifries were hot and fresh but my burrito was so cold as if it came out of the fridge. Aside from that it all tasted pretty good.
