I’m a vegetarian and was disappointed with what was available here for me. The only main dish was the Tofu and Eggplant. I like tofu but no so much eggplant. I asked if they could add tofu to any of the side dishes to help make something I might like better and they said they weren’t able to adjust any recipes. Bummer since they are happy to make more of anything immediately if they’re out of any dish. So I had very limited options of what I could eat on this visit. I also tried the Watermelon Mango Flavored Refresher. It looked good and reminded me of similar beverages at other fast food places…This one was terrible. It tasted like super-sweet candy, possibly sweetened with something artificial and I could get more than a few sips into it before having to toss it. The staff was nice enough but the product they were serving didn’t really meet my needs or preferences.

The staff doesn’t look at you when ordering to busy talking to each other . Food is sometimes edible, depending on when you go. To bad I can’t give negative stars for bad service and crappy food. Burnt noodles and cold orange chicken.

Went here some time ago, but it was good, I enjoyed the food and the customer service, seemed fresher in CA versus some of the other locations around the country not in CA. Good job all.

Arrived 20 minutes before closing due to getting off work late. The employeee Alexa with the manager said they couldn’t make my food I requested due to being almost closing which is a lie. They acted discrimination and froze me to leave. They only had one option which was impossible for me to get. I never had a bad experience especially this store. I was going to spend 100 dollars on food and they close the doors one me. This should never happen; check the cameras and they acted closed which it wasn’t. The store lost me and I went to elsewhere due to bad experience. Multiple days pass and I haven’t received a call back. I received one free bowl which is disrespectful. No restaurant should close down early just because you’re not authorized too.

Got there at 12noon and they have no prepared refill for chowmein- was asked to wait for 10 mins and we waited…. But the chowmein was not cooked properly… it was not good at all… also broccoli was not also cooked well ( staff gave little of the food) 1 piece beef and all broccolli.! Omg! Will consider very hard before going back to this panda express!

On Monday May 7’th I ordered for delivery, I ordered the largest order of rice, kung pao and a small order of kung pao. What I received were 3 drinks and a small rice small kung pao. I called to get them to deliver the rest of my food , the lazy girl who answered said all they can do is refund me. I did not make the mistake but I would have to pay to get them to redeliver it. She would only refund it( I couldn’t do this cause I didn’t have the card on me) The lazy girl would not tell me the managers name for the next day, Day two I tried again to speak with a manager to no avail and this girl was worse than the previous one she waisted another ten minutes of my time. Today 7/09/25 I have called three times and the last call I was put on hold for over15 minutes to no avail. So I don’t know why I went here because usually the portions are small, the food is burnt and in the kung pao the last there were more chilly peppers than anything else, There was a total of 41 ghost peppers in a small container. This place is miserable I still have not been able to talk to a manager, I will call the franchisee and I’ve already tried corporate however their no better than the store..
