This lady that cooks here has the best food along I-70 until you get to Denver/Aurora. I stop when I’m by myself or if I have all the family. Reasonably priced. I live here so I’ve tried all the restaurants nearby. This is the best! It’s always fresh, salsa always HOT!(upon request). There’s always customers there. Takes a little of wait but that’s because she’s making everything fresh.

Taco truck that offers Mexican and Tex-Mex comfort foods. Had the breakfast burrito with bacon. The size of the burrito was typical for the price but much better than other local stores in the area. We went later than I normal would for breakfast but it was still crowded. Service was reasonable considering the size of orders and customers in line. I will definitely go back for more.

Absolutely amazing. Great service and not great but… excellent tacos! I’d say these are the best tacos I ever had. I got the birria tacos I definitely recommend. The meat was juicy and tender, the melted cheese and cilantro and onions made all the flavors come together so well. And the prices aren’t bad either. 10/10 I’d definitely recommend!

If you’re in Strasburg you better get down here and support this incredible food truck! The birra tacos are everything!! My only gripe is that they’re not open for dinner. Maybe if our little town supports them we will earn their evening hours. Fantastic food. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t really do a rating apparently they’re closed on Taco Tuesdays so have to try again later in the week usually only go out once a week but I have had there to go food and very good, anxious to try that dining.

I’m sorry but this is a no for me the carne “meat” to the tacos was dry with no juice and the burger was a frozen patty with no flavor what so ever. I had to add salt to the tacos and to the burger. And ended up drinking 3 bottles of water to add moisture to my mouth.
