They aren’t winning any fashion awards but they’re putting out beautiful eats.
The birria tacos are juicy, cheesy, crispy and tender. The steaming hot consumé is rich with chunks of veg and not too oily. Great for drinking after dunkin.
Seems like a happy good guy as well.
If Google sends you to McDonald’s, go to the road behind McDonald’s and cross the train track. You’ll see his taco truck parked at the next road. I’ve corrected the location in Google maps, hopefully it gets accepted so this place gets found by more people.

Just visiting and needed Birria tacos. It’s just a little food truck tucked away on the side street. The gentleman who took my order was super polite and friendly, the order was done very timely, and the Birria tacos – to die for!!!

They put the other trucks in Bay City to shame. Mexican or BBQ whatever they may be, it doesn’t matter. Their tortas are amazing. As well as the barbacoa. Super friendly and always making sure that customers are happy with their experience. The only downside, is that although it is a stationary food truck, there are not enough picnic tables if a large group were to show up and want to sit and eat outside on a pretty day.
