Ordered online, Door Dash driver was friendly and quick. Received order no security stickers on any items. Called the Subway location and was told they were simply out of stickers until tomorrow. Proceeded to lack any type of customer service care but was met with immediate and continuous defense by employee. I then stated I can see why they have the bad reviews on their customer service which really sent the female employee into a spiral to the point of her yelling at me. As someone who also works in the food service industry I could never imagine treating a customer the same way. Do better please!

I have been to this Subway location 3 times. Every time I have been to the this location. The employees and managers are rude, and very hateful. One employee has a ring in her nose. I don’t know about you but those rings catches snot and it drops on food. I have gave this subway enough chances. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. Maybe cooperate will restaff with better employees.

Please do better. Came in at 11:30 today.. Lady behind counter (vampire bite? tattoo on neck) was quite rude and dismissive. Wouldn’t let me tell her my order without interrupting me.. I couldn’t even tell her I only wanted a 6″ before she was asking “What else?” Paid ..VERY NICE cahier with (teal hair).. go out to car looked at sandwich and it was wrong.. only had 2 of the same meat.. not the 3..Went back in ..told her I think she made the wrong one and she just wanted to be defensive and rude.. Ended up just asking for a refund and left. Definitely will not be back to that store.. Do Better

Playing behind counter while you’ve got a line is unprofessional. Twice in a month I’ve waited more than 30 minutes with only 2 people in line in front of me. Then waiting to pay 2 employees just standing talking, not about work while i wait 5 minutes to pay. Do better please.

Ordered online from Mid South Belt in St Joseph MO. Picked up my order at drive thru. I received the items I ordered and both were made correctly! I’m very happy and give thanks to the artists who were working at 5pm on Tuesday, March 25th. This was the 1st time in a long time my sub was built beautifully! The gentleman who answered drive thru had a great attitude!

Awesome food. Always fresh and place is clean. They forgot the napkins but other then that my spicy Italian sub was awesome. Always a good place to eat and it’s a healthier choice. Cookies are a bonus. Yummy!!!

I am currently in quarantine and sent someone to pick up my order for me.When I got my order it was completely messed up.I tried calling 10x and noone answered.If it were a small mistake I could understand but this was definitely people not paying attention or not caring.Hopefully someone answers tomorrow.Missing main component in name buffalo sauce,no onion but tomato and cucumber that wasnt asked for and not 3x cheese or melted.
