Last night I ordered a Torta Cubana from Tacos Pizza, and it was the worst I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even finish it — I ended up throwing it away. I used to come here with my friend a long time ago and the food was always great, but now the quality has really gone downhill. Very disappointed.

Before you visit this Pipzzeria, you need to have a plan for Parking because its very limited . Onnly a few spots on the street that are available and even up the block is an issue. Was not expecting much here, but they did a god job all around. Customer Service was good and provided a few suggestions. Once being the Pepperoni and Sausage slice. A good belnd of Cheese, Sauce, Crust and Toppings. 3.5 overall out of 5 for the Pizza Hunters App.

Amazing slices and food! We ordered 2 cheese steaks with French fries, torta de Milanesa de pollo (Mexican chicken cutlet sandwich) and 3 slices (Pepperoni, Buffalo Chicken, and Mexican). It was very delicious and tasty. The jalapeños (chile serrano) were a bit spicy so I would keep that in mind when biting into a torta or the Mexican slice. Overall the taste and customer service was great. The girl was very sweet on the phone and in person. I wished I took pictures of the restaurant and food but I’ll definitely be back for more Tacos Pizza!

So we ordered here for the first time tonight and it was… A disappointment. The pizza was almost an hour late- and with only one delivery guy that makes sense! But there was no heads up from the restaurant about it, no word until I called, 40 minutes after it was supposed to get there. To be fair, they picked up immediately, and were very accommodating in my concern. But when the pizza actually got here, it was clearly reheated, the cheese was very clumpy and tasteless, the sauce was oddly incredibly sweet and flavourless, and the dough was half cooked. I don’t think we’ll order here again, but it could have just been a holiday thing. I dunno. I suggest giving them a fair chance for yourselves, but personally I will not be again.
Edit, a few months later on 9/03/2023: we did end up trying this place again, last night. Got an order of nachos, a chicken burrito, and 3 chicken tamales. Now, I can forgive a lot, since we all have an off day, or something happens and things go sideways. Occasionally you get a tamale with bones in it- that’s normal. Biting into a large chicken burrito and immediately choking on a rather large chicken bone? Negative. Eating a single tamale after giving up on the burrito (picked through, too mant bones and bone shards to eat safely) and getting violently ill an hour and some later? Negative. Look, they’re good people with decent food, but at this point eating here has been a danger to my health. I ended up puncturing the roof of my mouth rather badly after trying to eat that burrito. Which sucked, too, because aside from the bones it was a pretty darn good burrito. Give them a try but be careful.

They delivered my food promptly and both the person who took my order and the delivery driver were very courteous. I ordered the Lengua and tripitas tacos. As a truck driver I am very appreciative.
