I will never buy anything from this food truck again. I bought a chicken quesadilla, but the chicken and the cheese were tasteless. The lady serving us had an angry face. The photo shows it as it was served to me. I tried to eat half of it, but I ended up throwing it away. But I looked at their menu, and it looked like something else came with the dish, something they forgot to put in, or I don’t know.

Just moved to the area I see the truck outside grinding away almost everyday so I wanted to stop and support local finally got around to trying it grabbed two chicken enchiladas super flavorful and $5 is a steal! Will go back when I have more time! Thank you!

I enjoyed a delicious $5. lunch from Mi Veracruz food truck. I had a Carnitas taco and a steak taco; they came topped with cilantro and diced onions and a green sauce on the side. They were both delicious with just enough spicy kick to to accentuate all the flavors without burning your taste buds. Service was friendly and fast too.
I think this might become a weekly treat! Next time I’ll take a photo.
