Hubby and I just moved to the area a couple months ago. Was looking to play pool on Valentine’s day.
Well we wandered into this place and were not disappointed.
Room full of pool tables. Some hourly. Some league size. Some ran by quarters.
Saturday night.
And there were plenty of open tables.
Spacious.
We weren’t on top of each other.
Food-
Fried pickles, fried mushrooms, and French fries that come out with some of the best seasoning on them.
All amazing. Flavorful. And hit the spot.
Drinks-
Their bucket prices are amazing.
Bathrooms-
Super clean. And smelled so good. Although the smell did make me sneeze, and my nose itchy. But that’s an allergy thing, and says nothing about the establishment itself. More a warning, if you have a sensitive nose like me.
Other patrons were super friendly.
And the blonde behind the bat was so helpful and polite.
She gave me the whole rundown of hours and deals and tournaments.
And we will be back with our kids.
Finding a kid friendly pool place was a dream for us. Both our kids want to learn.
We will be back for the food, the atmosphere, and finding a place we can hang

Rack & grill did not impress to say the least,
We ordered takeout using the only menu available online, which clearly showed fries included with the meals. When I picked up the order, we were charged separately for fries without being informed. I only accepted them because the menu indicated they came with the meal.
I was told I would need to speak to a manager for a refund. I asked if I was going to receive a refund the next day and explicitly made it clear I didn’t want the 18$ worth of crinkle fries and was told I would. I was told Michelle(Manager) would be in the next day. When I called the next day, the manager was dismissive, refused to correct the charge then hung up on me repeatedly, I asked for contact with the owner and was denied.
The issue is not the cost of fries it’s transparency and customer service. If your menu is outdated, that should not fall on the customer. The manager was extremely disrespectful and placed full blame on employee without taking accountability for the issue herself. I’m disappointed in how this was handled.

I left a very positive review over a year ago. Since then, things have declined somewhat on the restaurant side of the business. The food prices are creeping up, and the quality has declined significantly. I know it’s a pool hall first, and not a restaurant, but it’s apparently difficult to keep a good cook. Last week, I ordered fried okra and onion rings and had to send them back because the okra was burnt and the onion rings were half-cooked. Last night I thought I’d try onion rings again. They were good but I received less than 1/2 onion (7 rings total) worth for over $6. Paying nearly $1 per onion ring?? I felt insulted and will not order food there again until things get straightened out. Still, the employees are really great and it’s always a pleasant environment.

We’ve been here several times now. My whole family loves it. My kids go and play the smaller dollar tables with their friends. I like the bigger tables, but it does cost more. Nice atmosphere. Friendly service. They have a juke box, but the music volume is about perfect, so those occasional songs with heavier beats aren’t annoying. Service was good. Food was good. It’s a big place with many tables and ample room for each. So glad to have a place to enjoy the game, especially when the temps are up, and one looks for inside activities. They also have a carom billiard table, and I’ve seen a set of snooker balls, so I imagine there’s a snooker table as well. They also have dartboards for both steel tip and soft tip.
