Delicious authentic Mexican food. My boyfriend and I were traveling from Texas to Colorado and looking for just such a cozy Mexican restaurant. First time to Tacos Los Vaqueros and I can say that it is one of the best taco restaurants that I have been to. I had the birria taco, carne asada taco, and the tripa taco. The tortillas are a little oil fried, just like I like them with tacos. Everything was delicious and will be heading back very soon.
