I would like to say everyone was nice. I did however have an issue when we ordered the Birria Tacos. There was hardly any meat on some of them and when I say hardly any I mean you literally couldn’t see any meat or taste it. Tasted like a tortilla being dipped in consume. The chicken is shredded boiled chicken nothing too extravagant. However on plus side their Queso is good! The carne asda tacos were good.

Stopped for gas at Love’s. Took a chance on food truck with Mexican food. Seriously great burrito. Carnitas, beans, rice, onions & cilantro. Perfection. Don’t ask for “hot” salsa if you don’t mean it. Wish the truck was in KC.
