It’s a solid little taco stall inside the northgate market. Al pastor and the carne were great for what it is but hard to compete in this saturated taco market lol.
Great if you need to do a quick grocery run or want to visit a bunch of other stalls. Could spend a few hours in here on a food tour too. They’re a few bucks a pop so not too bad and easy to grab a plate and keep going around. Mostly good to stop by if you’re nearby or want to come for the market but not really a drive across town kinda place.

Big portions for low prices (considering our economy). The torta cubana was delicious. Packed to bursting with meat, cheese, and all the trimmings. They do the same with their burritos.
My friend says their lengua is the best he’s ever had.
Since this inside North Gate, depending on the time of day/week, it might be much busier and/or harder to find seating. We had to sit somewhere in the market that wasn’t nearby

Yum, super good torta al pastor. Hits all the right flavors and textures. Tacos al pastor also good, comes with diced pineapple. Lots of seating as it’s a food court style setting. Very clean and bright and airy.

Was so excited to try one of the stands in the new Mercado food court. Ordered the Al Pastor burrito with the hot sauce. My food was ready in 5 minutes and it looked pretty sizable for $10 but unfortunately the taste and quality left a lot to be desired. Won’t be visiting again.

Delicious, affordable tacos. So much flavor. Long line moved pretty quickly and wait time once ordered was fast. They have quesadillas and more. Would highly recommend.

Finding great tacos in Costa Mesa was a challenge with El Toro Bravo holding the top spot. Well, not any more. Y’all need to make your way down to the new Northgate Mercado and hit up Tacos Los Guichos. My personal favorite is the saudero and the al pastor. That would be tacos de trompo for all you officionados. All I got to say is, if you know you know. Get over here and get your taco fix. You won’t be sorry.

The food was amazing, and the service was great. I ordered an Asada burrito, and it was full of flavor. I’ll be coming back.

I’m a taco connoisseur. I love tacos. Specifically, carne asada tacos with onion cilantro and cheese. This place makes the best tasting tacos every time. You must try. I promise if you love carne asada, you won’t be disappointed. I can’t speak to the other meats.

I love this place. The tacos are amazing, especially the Al Pastor tacos, they’re my favorite! One of the best taco spots to stop at if you’re not from the area! Huge shoutout to the owners of this place, always a pleasure!

amazing tacos for $3. carne asada and al pastor are stand out favorites. sometimes, we eat here more than once a week and drive about 20 minutes. cannot beat the atmosphere as there’s margaritas, churros, aguas frescas, and all the pairings you can imagine right there in the market. don’t let the long line scare you, it moves quick!
