The space is small so they do their best with it. I ordered steak quesadilla from the menu which normally comes with rice and beans. Since I am traveling tomorrow, I asked for them to substitute rice for the beans. In other words, two servings of rice. What I got was NOT two servings of rice. When I inquired, she said it was two scoops. So either they use tablespoons for their scoops, or I have lost my mind. Who knows. The waitress was really friendly, though and it has an okay atmosphere. It’s just a little too cramped for my liking. I did see a nice selection of breakfast entrees so I will be back to try them for breakfast.

Such a great place to accommodate a group of six. Margaritas were good. My taco salad was great. The server was kind, attentive without being obtrusive, and very helpful. Will definitely return.

This is a great place for lunch. Their taco plate is affordable and delicious. If you like hot salsa, ask for their secret stash of freshly made hot salsa in the back. They don’t bring out the hot stuff with their warm tortilla chips.

Excellent food and friendly service. Cozy family run restaurant in downtown Hillsborough. Good value. Simpler menu than a lot of the chains but great food and generous portions. Take out, dine in, or street-side seating. Seating is somewhat limited though. May not be able to accommodate very large groups very well, still they accommodated my groupof 9 and one in the party was in a wheelchair! (They slid two tables together. One small step to get in which we had to get the wheelchair over).
