The food was delicious and the in house salsa bar is a wonderful value addition to the meal. The meat was flavorful and the style of enchiladas reminded me of my aunts home cooking from childhood. Such a wonderful experience to be transported like that by a meal. Also, I loved that I could pick out my own salsas based on my heat preference.

The decor is dated and dingy and the parking lot and entrance had random trash and frozen waffles strewn about (weird I know) but the folks serving up the delicious food were courteous and knowledgeable. I will be going again whenever I am in the area.

I used to go here for their Orchata; the lady or ladies on the intercom always sounded like they were in a bad mood and hated life but the good Orchata and its price kept me coming back. But not anymore: they upped the price and it tastes watered down now; I tried it 3x in a row to make sure & All 3x …plus I ordered a Tripas Burrito and I had only 3 bites of tripas meat in the whole burrito!! The rest was beans and pico de gallo! I’ll never go here ever again. Stick to El Ricardo’s & Renee’s folks.. this place is off my map ❌ bye! ✌

I came here and ordered a number 17 with no onions and no guacamole. I am allergic to avocado. They put avocado on my food then tried to smear it off so I wouldn’t know. That’s really unprofessional and mean of you! Got a full refund because I can’t even trust you anymore.

Look at this meat! I wanted a steak and bacon breakfast burrito. By far the most meat out of the different places I tried. I don’t see why people are complaining about any blandness. It has good flavor. Just as good as any place in New Mexico where I am from. Large portions. I can’t comment on yhe atmosphere because I went through the drive through. Food was made fresh.

Several of my friends recommended this place. I got together with my best friend to try it out. I have only been here once, so I acknowledge that it may have just been a bad day or to late in the day, but I found them just average. We came in the evening as they were cleaning up from the dinner rush. We were the only customers there. The burrito was very greasy and kind of bland. Everyone had said thier tacos were the bomb so I ordered a CARNITAS taco, hold the cilantro, to go with it. They gave me a pretty decent looking CARNE ASADA taco covered with ALOT of cilantro. When I told another lady that I had the wrong taco she said she would make me another one, but couldn’t make it without cilantro because it was already mixed with the onions. The new taco had less than half the meat on it and was pretty dry. I found the condiment cart (which had onions WITHOUT cilantro), added extra hot sauce, carrots and jalapenos to the burrito and taco. I also picked off about 70% of the cilantro. That made them taste pretty decent. Since they didn’t take the wrong taco away, I picked most of the cilantro off and dressed it up as well. I will see how it tastes for lunch tomorrow. I always like to taste my food before adding seasonings to it. I’ve always said sauce should enhance flavor, not provide it. If your food needs it to be edible, its not cooked right. That being said the extra hot was very good and after adding it, jalapenos and carrots, the food was fine. I don’t expect I will drive across town just to eat there again, but if a group of friends wants to go in the future, I would be OK with it.

Have loved this place for years. I get a sausage, egg, and cheese burrito in the mornings with extra cheese and pico. Try it, it’s the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had! Their tacos are great as well.

Tacos Lopez is one of those places I kinda don’t want to review because if word gets out how good it is, it’ll get too crowded, haha. Nothing fancy, just good, fresh, real Mexican food. Excellent homemade salsas.
